Condo holiday rentals in San Juan de Miraflores

We loved this apartment. It is very close to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, parks, etc. the location is very quiet and safe. The apartment had everything we needed and the AC was great to have. Thanks Magalli for being very responsive and helpful! We would definitely recommend.

Apartamento: Totalmente equipado su cocina, los espacios tal y cual las fotos, muy fresco privado y tranquilo. Impecable en cuanto a limpieza. Ubicacion: muy buena, cerca a varios restaurantes y supermercados. Host: victor es muy amable, atento y buena persona. Responde muy rápido! Daniel y su familia fue muy amable con nosotros, ate dieron siempre rápido a cualquier consulta. El departamento es genial y cómodo, me encantó que tiene servicio directo de gas y era cómodo para cocinar y bañarse ya que el calentador del agua es a gas también. Tener una lavadora secadora es un excelente plus del departamento. Recomendado al 1000%

Yuly’s place is unique and comfortable. She was such a sweet and responsive host! She gave plenty of recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try! She always made sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay! Her place is special and has all the necessary amenities plus more! We had plenty of water and juice, soda, beer, and champagne waiting for us. Also snacks! The jacuzzi is a great bonus, and the patio is peaceful. I would love to book with her again.

Overall we had a great stay and recommend as a good value place to stay in Miraflores. We loved the excellent location, comfortabale bed , high quality linens, prompt and friendly commu/nication from Lorena. Everything was clean and spotless. Nice to have a generous stock of toilet paper for our week stay. There is a grocery store across the street that is stocked with everything you need. The 24 hr security staff were very helpful and friendly. A few improvementss would make it even better sunch as new fry pans, chairs for the balcony and a more comfortable couch.

es un departamento sumamente grande. Está acondicionado para recibir hasta 5 personas. tiene 2 baños y uno de ellos tiene una bonita tina. es un poquito antiguo. pero los acabados que han colocado para modernizar están muy bien. La zona está un poco lejos de todo, pero a dos o 4 cuadras está dos avenidas importantes de transporte publico

Es la segunda vez que me alojo en un departamento de Juan Daniel, y desde luego no es la última. Como anfitrión es un 10/10, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y pendiente de tu bienestar. El departamento es muy pequeño, pero tiene todo lo necesario. Es perfecto para alguien como yo que trabaja en remoto, viaja solo y no pasa mucho tiempo en la casa. El barrio es tranquilo y muy bien comunicado con autobuses, el Metropolitano, combis y mototaxis. Si quieres conocer la vida en Lima como es realmente, y comprar en el mercado, ir en el transporte público y conocer a las personas que viven ahí, es el alojamiento ideal. Espero regresar pronto al mismo departamento.

Great apartment just close to Park Kennedy and right in the centre of Miraflores. Good size, and all the amenities you need for a week or so. Nice cafes and restaurants close by too. Would recommend! Thanks Cecilia!

Very nice flat, well stuff in the kitchen, laundry in the basement of the building, well deserved by public transport but due to the strategic point on the Avenue, it’s very noisy even from the 8th floor.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely airbnb! It was clean, comfortable and had great amenities. Maria was responsive and kind. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed a month at the place. The apartment in San Miguel is in a convienent location for tourist. 20 min from Miraflores a tourist hotspot, and 10 min from San miguel plaza a nice large shopping mall that has all you need there. My partner and I spent alot of time shopping and eating there during our stay. The apartment has nice security staff that are well aware of Airbnb and will assist the best they can. The pool is closed on Mondays and from 12 - 2. As well as the Gym from 12 -2 every day. Security has to be there I believe, which was not ideal at times. You have to get used to that schedule. The hotwater for the shower you must flip a switch an hour before use, then turn off after. The hotwater may not last that long either, but good enough to wash off and save water. Host was available to message consistently if there were any problems and thus was able to have a good time here.

Good floor plan but a small bathroom. Unfortunately, the apartment did not have Claro cable TV, so I did not have access to English speaking channels and news.

This is a place that was well with the coat ans close to everything on foot, or by taxi. It was only a few blocks from the beach and a very nice shopping district.

Me volvería a hospedar allí, muy cómodo, muy espacioso y por sobre todas las cosas, el buen ambiente dentro de las instalaciones de Alquiler
