This stylish place is perfect for stays as a couple, even with children. It is a 10-minute walk from the old town of Avilés. It has free street parking and a garage space for motorcycles. It has a sofa bed. We will welcome you with a welcome touch and a complimentary first breakfast. It is a 10-minute walk in a straight line to the train and bus station, with a city bus stop 50 meters away. The airport is 14 km away, the highway is 3 km away, Playa de Salinas is 3 km away, and Cabo Peñas is 19 km away.

Located between two emblematic towns, Avilés full of culture and tradition and Castrillón with its beaches, one of the best known is the beach of Salinas that is only 900 meters away, a 15-minute walk there is a path that takes you to it. In the area there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a bakery, pharmacy, laundry, playground and outpatient clinic. Public transportation is available 25 meters from the apartment, connecting the cities between Avilés and Piedras Blancas, passing through Salinas.
