Enjoy hiking, fishing, kayaking, and whale watching as well as dining and shopping - just be back in time to watch a gorgeous sunset unfold.
“This place is a perfect oasis. The view is stunning and you hear the sound of the waves and birds as you fall asleep and wake up. Libby was very communicative throughout the whole reservation and added thoughtful touches to the place. I especially appreciated the binder of things to do/places to eat. I loved this place and I hope I’d get to come back soon!”
Welcome to the Coho Cabin, a tiny house/log cabin perched atop Skagit Bay with direct westerly waterfront views of wildlife, Whidbey Island and the Olympic Mts. Built in 2007, it's an authentic log cabin, custom designed out of Alaskan Yellow Cedar. Enjoy the rustic-yet-elegant vibe, radiant-heated stone floors, outdoor BBQ, cozy loft bed and private location. Located 10 min. west of La Conner, guests can browse shops, adventure on unique hikes, or enjoy a relaxing beach stroll with your dog.
“Coho Cabin has a beautiful bluff view overlooking Skagit Bay. We enjoyed the many seating areas outdoors and going down to the beach to hunt rocks, see the sunset and seals! Beware that there are quite a few stairs to go down to and up from the beach, but for us it was well worth it. We took a long walk on the beach, only seeing one neighbor. We enjoyed our time in La Conner...be sure to stop by the waterfront in a cute little town!”
Bungalow 252 is a secluded hilltop cedar home getaway. Magnificent 130 degree view of the ocean along with Mt. Baker and the Cascades. Hardwood flooring throughout. Eagles, bats, deer and raccoons abound. BBQ, watch boats and sometimes view orcas from the deck. Nicely stocked kitchenette. Pod coffee maker with coffee, chai and hot chocolate, 3D HDTV with streaming. WIFI and cell service. Games, books, DVDs, binoculars and telescope. Soap, shampoo, conditioner. Curl up by the wood stove at night.
“What a wonderful place to stay! The views make you feel like you’re staying at a resort but better because you’re secluded. We so enjoyed spending the sunny evenings on the deck watching the wildlife, water, and even views of mount Baker! We stayed here for about a week and so can say that it was enjoyable the whole time. The hosts were very respectful, friendly, and helpful when we needed assistance with the grill. One thing to note is that the road up to the place has a very steep grade, so make sure you bring a car that can go uphill on dirt. All in all an amazing place to stay, we will be back for sure!”
