Wannapa was very helpful and she replies to my messages very promptly. The property is new and the interior is very clean. The washing machine spinner was spoilt and Wannapa immediately arranged for the cleaner to help do the spinning in the other unit. The drainage in the toilets smells though. Overall very satisfied with my stay.

Thanwalai is very hospitable. Her house is exquisite, luxurious and clean. Like a five-star hotel, she also prepares a lot of fruits and food. I believe anyone can spend a pleasant holiday in her house. This is a great place to enjoy a quiet life，There are many big trees in the center of the community. The air is very good. The guards ensure your safety. Food and daily necessities can be bought outside the community gate。 For some reason, I cancelled the order and forgive each other with Thanwalai, She is a good landlord and the house is excellence. Recommended choice.

Clean an comfy, with lots of game items to play with friends. Facilities are great with kitchen utensils and a fireplace for bbq. Would come again next time when I come to Chaing Mai.

Khun Key's place is clean and elegant. It is quiet and comfortable in a suburban neighborhood. The house is more beautiful than the photos and imagination. When the morning sun spilled in the courtyard, it was really nice.The style of the house is simply French elegance with a touch of tropical green plants.We love it, thank you Khun Key for taking care of us.

Really beautiful place in Doi Saket. I stayed there for 3 weeks, and I’ll probably come back for a longer stay at some point. The place is peaceful and quiet, with stunning views over the rice fields. I’ll definitely miss those sunsets from the terrace. The house is super clean and very spacious. The Wi-Fi is strong and reliable — it never failed. If you're looking for a place to focus on a project, this is definitely a great spot. It's also perfect if you just want to relax and disconnect. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, just a short ride away, so it’s best if you have your own bike. Driving around the farmlands was always a pleasure. Special thanks to the host, who was always easy to communicate with. Overall, a great place for the price — especially for long-term stays. See you again at some point!

A beautiful and spacious home in San Kamphaeng, conveniently located near the ‘Maiiam’ Contemporary Art Museum and just a short drive from Chiang Mai city. The house is newly built, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The peaceful atmosphere, large lawn, and ample living space make it perfect for a relaxing stay. There is plenty of parking available, and the house features a unique collection of artwork, reflecting the owner’s passion for art. A truly charming and memorable place to stay!

First time in Chiang Mai, chose my sister's place!Nearby 711 and mini Lotus Supermarket is close!It's about a twenty-minute drive to the old city and Nimman, and come back to a quiet place every day until evening.The room is fully equipped, the hostess is very friendly, even if you send a message very late, you will also come out to meet us late on the day of arrival.Thank you in Chiangmai for making me feel like at home with friends.

John's place is one of the finest Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The building is beautiful and the apartment is delightful. It is spacious and very well appointed. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is modern. John has furnished the apartment with everything a traveler would need. He has perfect instructions for everything in the apartment. His guide for the local area is outstanding. Many people are Airbnb Superhosts. John truly deserves the title as does his fabulous place.

Great one bedroom condo in Chiang Mai—very clean, comfortable, and well set up. The host, John, was incredibly responsive, helpful, and also very understanding when I had a small accident in the unit. Truly appreciated the kindness and communication. Building has excellent shared amenities including a rooftop pool, gym and small sauna. Highly recommend! 🙌🇹🇭

The place is so clean and cozy, especially the rooftop pool is gorgeous! So far it is the best place I’ve stayed in Chiang Mai! This is our second time here and Yumi and Geoff are as nice as ever! They have a cute cat Misty that will visit and wait on the door. The place is really nice and spacious and has a nice outdoor area. Looking forward to staying here again!

Everything was perfect! One of the best Airbnbs I've ever known. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. I really liked the location with local restaurants just downstairs, good massage parlors, the night market 5-10 min walk. I would 100% recommend!!

We enjoyed our one month stay so much, we wish we could’ve stayed longer. We will definitely return next time we’re in chiang mai. The apartment had everything you need, the building and area felt very safe, loved the gym and pool, great location, we could park our motorbike. Kate was lovely and clear and quick communication. One of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. It’s cozy, but very clean, comfortable, and meticulously furnished. These hosts could literally teach lessons on how to Airbnb a home. They provided a detailed guide with everything from restaurant recommendations to emergency contact info. The kitchen was small but equipped with things you don’t see in many regional Airbnbs such as a toaster, a gourmet coffee maker, and a generously-stocked snack tray that was replenished twice during our stay. They even had robes in the closet! (I didn’t wear them, but it was nice they were there. 🙂) The location is extremely convenient, in walking distance to probably hundreds of great restaurants and cafes in the Nimman area. We’ve stayed at several places in this area, but none with such amazing mountain views from the balcony and bedroom. We liked it so much, we extended for as long as we could.

Nice clean apartment in a convenient location just outside of the heart of Chiang Mai. I loved the fact that the location was not located in the old city which gave me a chance to explore more of Chiang Mai. Clean, confortable with access to gym, infinity pool, numerous shops on site such as a coffee shop, massages and there is a 7-eleven located perfectly across the road. Would recommend 100%

Natasha is amazing. She is incredibly efficient and organized to start with but also very very responsive. She went out of her way to accommodate me and meet my needs. The building is new with a really nice gym and pool on the top floor. The air conditioners and wifi both work well in this room and I slept well. The views are amazing (it is on the 14th floor). Because of the height noise is minimal, which is great. Nearby are many, many things to do and short walk to old town. Great location Thank you Natasha!!

The location is ideal for quickly reaching everything. Arthit is super kind and communication was always easy and courteous. We would have loved to stay much longer.
