It is a cool studio + window bathroom and terrace, also equipped with a parking space: privilege granted to few facilities in the area! Just a 5-minute walk from the Sant'Orsola polyclinic, it is surrounded by amenities including supermarkets, pubs, bakeries and bus stops (2min walk). A corner of tranquility in the middle of an area full of life!

It is located just outside the walls of the historic center (exit 6 of the ring road), 1km from the central station, 400m from Villa Erbosa, 2.3km from the trade fair complex, 1.2km from via Indipendenza (the city centre) in Only 2 ring road exits from the airport.
