Holiday rentals with a patio in San Lorenzo al Mare

Our stay was 10/10! Bertrand reached out weeks before our trip to start sharing details and recommendations and continued with perfect communication throughout the entire trip. The space was beautiful, a perfect location, and great amenities. As international travelers I was very thankful for the hospitality and making it so easy and simple for us! I would stay here again in a heartbeat and strongly recommend Bertrand as a host!

Our stay in Nice was wonderful! This location was excellent for walking to the beach and even from the train station which is so close. We could even walk with our suitcases. Very nice. A beach feel for sure. Great place.

This home is one of the best ones we’ve been too. The location is great. Steps to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The home had air conditioning which seems to be a rare treat in Europe. It also had a very nice new kitchen and two new bathrooms. We also enjoyed the morning coffee on the balcony with the ocean view. Very nice place. We would definitely book this place again if we come back to Nice. Also Hanna was very responsive and helpful.

This place is an experience. The house has been decorated with a lot of taste and love. Historic building fabric meets design classics and modern coziness. We especially liked the many inspiring images. But the most beautiful is the spectacular view from the glazed conservatory and from the roof terrace into the green hills and mountains. Perinaldo is very pretty and has a considerable infrastructure for its size with shops and recommended restaurants. We felt very comfortable at Casa Garibaldi and would stay here again immediately.

Our stay in the ‘Skynest’ was the best Airbnb experience we have ever had! We stayed there for a week and our whole family (6 people) felt at home immediately. Everything in the apartment was very well thought out and all the amenities worked perfectly. This made our stay so comfortable and we are able to relax and enjoy the rooftop balcony which got a lot of sun during the day. The location of the apartment is right in the heart of Nice with easy walking and public transport to everywhere we wanted to go.

Location and responsive communication is what brings this to 5 stars (tempted to give it 4). Host was super responsive. The location is amazing. Right close to the water, only one floor up from a very lively street full of restaurants, shops and nightlife. Being that close you'd expect a loud apartment, but this place is located on the interior of the building with a window to a courtyard that is nice and quiet. Comfy bed. I wouldn't reccomend this place to people who want to spend a lot of time in their AirBnB. Our shower head wasn't working the best. Lack of water pressure. Bleach-stained dark towels, outlets that are outdated and worn to the point they would hardly hold an electrical accessory. I think the apartment could use a little TLC and re-investment. Just little things. But such a great location!

Very good and very friendly communication with Lilly, who was always available. The parking lot is difficult to reach, but alternatively there are parking lots at the end of the village. The view from the terrace or the bed is beautiful. The kitchen contains everything we needed for a week. Overall, a fantastic stay in absolute peace.

View from the roof terrace is worth the steep drive, very well equipped! Fortunately, the only thing missing was an icebox.

A beautiful place surrounded by nature and complete calm. The Dolce Vita is here a way of life... We loved this place, but it's a bit difficult to get there at night because the roads are narrow and a little outdated.

We had a wonderful time at Elena's AirBnB. Although the place is a little off the beaten path (2.3 km drive over a narrow road), that's what makes for its charm and charm. You live in the middle of nature and have a phenomenal view of the mountains. We were able to experience a lot with our two dogs during our week hiking holiday and had a great time.

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

Casa Brigasco is now our favorite place in Italy! In a quiet mountain village tucked up against France, the town’s Main Street is a labyrinth of alleyways and tunnels that are fun to explore. During the pandemic, Mateo and his father Bruno converted a storage cellar into a spectacular modern apartment with a patio overlooking the mountain stream with pools where you can swim on a hot day.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful; I could relax there all day. We spent a few weeks here as digital nomads, and the house is perfect for that purpose. We had everything we needed for a long-term stay. Lorenzo and Rossella are very friendly and ready to help anytime. Thank you so much!

Paolo was a great host. Due to the storm, we arrived later. Everything was no problem and Paolo very flexible. The property is very nice and definitely worth a stay. Unfortunately a little difficult to find and yet very remote. Perfect as a starting point for hiking or biking.

Spacious and bright apartment. Despite being in the city centre close to traffic it is quiet as it is situated in a gated community. Having a private parking space is also a plus in Alassio! The accommodation was ideal for us - a couple with a 7-month daughter - as everything is within walking distance.

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. The apartment and the large terrace are beautiful. We will remember the breakfasts on the terrace with this exceptional view overlooking the sea and the old town of Menton, the cry of the seagulls and the little sea breeze. You can leave the car safely in the villa's enclosed parking lot and discover the old town every day by improvising a walking route through a maze of alleys and stairs with crazy charm. In the evening, after a good restaurant in town (thanks to Michaelle's advice), we explore another route and, as we approach the villa, we are greeted by a real concert of frogs and toads in a valley below, then the calm of the villa with the lights in the distance on the Riviera. Staying in this villa in Menton is simply beautiful and the only regret is having to leave on the last day!

The house itself is great, very comfortable, and the view is beautiful. Roberta is a superb host, very kind and responsive, she helped me twice very quickly, while leaving a lot of personal space. I can only recommend this accommodation, superb house, superb host, superb environment.

My wife and I spent a lovely 5 days in the Riviera with Annecy as our home base. This penthouse apartment was a perfect size for a couple and the views from the balcony were lovely. The tall ceilings in the kitchen/living area were a nice touch. And there’s a small elevator (for 2 people). Thanks so much Roni and Greg!!

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo. Great apartment, quiet air conditioning on the lower floor, well-equipped kitchen. If you want to avoid looking for a parking space on the beach, you can walk there, which takes less than 10 minutes.
