It’s hard to describe this place in words. If you’re the type of traveller that values connecting with local people this is the place for you. As soon as I came in, they welcomed me like family- I mentioned being hungry and she put out a whole spread for me to eat in 10 minutes. Also made me breakfast that was probably some of the best food I had on my trip just out of kindness. For such an intimate experience, I was surprised at the level of privacy I had with my own room and bathroom. The location is perfect bc you can get to the main square in about 10-15 minutes. Probably one of my most memorable experiences and a highlight of my trip staying here. Thank you to Lucy and her husband for everything.

It is a very nice, comfortable house according to the description, the kitchen is well equipped, it is a recommended house for families, the manager Sandra is very attentive and kind. The location is very suitable, it is close to shopping centers and the city center.

This place was easily the highlight of all the places we stayed at in Guatemala. The attention to detail and aesthetics showed a lot of care from the hosts. The staff were super friendly. Having parking was a great convenience, and the peaceful environment despite being in town was a big plus. We’d definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommend it for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Excellent location, just 15 minutes from the airport and just 1 km from the beautiful hotel Western Camino Real, zone 10 is very chic, safe, and Alba Lucia greeted me personally, he gave me a beautiful tour of his orchard, and oh surprise, I am invited to dine fresh vegetables from his orchard, mango delicious, and a very nutritious dress prepared at home with seeds. And more surprises, the next day the person who collaborates with the cleaning prepared me a delicious breakfast with tortillas, cheese, dressing, and black coffee. Alba Lucia explained everything to me in detail, she gave me incredible tips, in addition I help me with the reservation of the shuttle to panajachel that picked me up at home at 6:00. The house is beautiful, rustic, colonial, shared with other residents. The room is beautiful, spacious, illuminated, and a giant bathroom. Very authentic decoration, with artistic photos honoring women originally from Guatemala. I have already booked again and will enjoy the elegant and artistic atmosphere of zone 10.

Deborah and her family were excellent people, the place is excellent, very quiet and very good to get away from the noise of the city, the cleanliness, details and comfort of the house is unbeatable, we would definitely stay there on another occasion

beautiful accommodation in my beautiful land I recommend it 100% ...communication with the host first class....security in the establishment 100 and within the apartment everything necessary for daily living....and the technology is not all first class....it will be my first choice on a new visit.

The room was pristine and located within a hotel so there was good breakfast and every service a hotel has to offer, despite the property being a full 1 bedroom apartment.

Julisa's apartment is well located and that makes your stay in Guatemala City pleasant.

From the time I reserved with Ana Lucrecia, she was very responsive and communicated frequently to make sure everything was clear prior to arriving. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had a change of plans last minute and didn't stay at her location, however, she was extremely understanding and still made herself available if we needed anything while in Guatemala. While I unfortunately can't speak about her place since we had to cancel last minute, I can say with complete confidence that Ana Lucrecia goes above and beyond the call to make sure you not only have a pleasant stay but an extraordinary experience while in Guatemala. She even checked in with us to make sure things were going well on the trip days after our reservation. I highly recommend Ana Lucrecia if you want someone who truly cares about your experience.

Phyllis is a wonderful host. She and Blaine have an absolutely gorgeous property; the pictures don't do it justice. We actually booked a different part of the property now and plan to stay much longer if we can! We love it here. It's a perfect distance from town so it's quiet and secluded, but still close enough so that walking is great. Would highly recommend this place. The wifi is great. Lovely cozy space. Stunning Views. Short stay but a great Night in the center of Guatemala, the place was clean, and beautiful, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ truly recommended if you need something near by the airport, and also near to the center, I will definitely be back 🙂‍↕️

Elsa is a very friendly host. She made great effort to make sure that I was comfortable during my stay. The meals she makes were tasty, served in variety, and enough to feel satisfied and not hungry afterwards. The room I stayed in was spacious even with with a queen bed, desk, cabinets, and a chair. I felt right at home staying in Elsa's house. I would definitely recommend her house to feel comfortable and learn more about the local culture.

Many plants, an incredible view of the volcano, very well located.

The space is private with a shared courtyard, rooftop balcony and kitchen with rooms encircling the beautiful courtyard. There is someone on staff at the front desk all day and into the evening to ensure a safe and comfortable stay. The rooftop balcony is a wonderful space to have a bottle of wine and Watch the sunset. Close to shops and restaurants this is a great location in Antigua. The bathroom did not have ventilation was the only minor critique, but a fan was provided to keep circulating the room. Would come back again!

Such a delightful stay at Ginger’s casa! It really felt like a home away from home. Communal breakfasts were the highlight - setting the tone for the day. It is clear that Ginger loves hosting and creating a warm home for her guests to land. I am so happy I chose to stay here during my visit to Antigua. The only thing I will say is that if you stay in San Juan de Obispo during Semana Santa, I highly recommend coming home at a decent time as many of the roads in Antigua are closed at night and it can be very challenging to uber home.

Irving is a welcoming host and very attentive to your requests and very quick to respond to them. Location near the center of the central park and it is very easy to find yourself there. The hotel is very clean , the kitchen area that is available to us as well as the equipment is very good and more than enough. Theplace is very safe and the wifi Great.
