Marina was an amazing host. The place was right in the center of everything. Everything was very clean. My only complaint is that she said walk right into apt from street level. Didn’t mentioned elevator because it sounded like You walked right into. We had to drag six huge suitcases up 15 narrow stairs. Besides no elevator it was perfect

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

Don’t hesitate to book. Extremely friendly hosts, great location, and a good value. Unlike many Airbnbs, this one feels like you’re staying with old family friends—between the service, the charming decor, and the location, it’s a can’t miss.

Great find, right in the centre of the city. A wonderful choice for where to spend your days in Venice.

I would like to express our immense gratitude for this accommodation, which was simply impeccable! Roberto was an attentive, caring and incredibly generous host. He gave us a warm, extremely friendly welcome, picked us up at the bus stop in his vehicle, we were late to check in because we had an unforeseen event and arrived at 11:00 pm, he took us to a square where we could have a snack. He and his wife Rose took care of all the details with great affection, the cleanliness of the place was impeccable, everything was very organized and cozy. They were always available to help us with whatever we needed and responded immediately. We have Roberto as a friend, he made all the difference on our trip. Even after we left, he continued to be attentive, showing a care that is rare to find. Located near the bus stop that goes directly to Venice. Very safe place, shops and restaurants close to the house, totally private and romantic. Just thank Roberto

Our stay at Beatrice’s place was fantastic. The apartment was well-kept, cozy, and ideally located. Beatrice was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Venice was stunning, and having such a comfortable place to return to each day made the experience even better. Would absolutely recommend!

Beautiful Airbnb, in a very convenient to Fondamenta Nove for water taxis and taking the alilaguna to and from the airport. Comfortable apt, clean and close to shops and restaurants. My favorite neighborhood. Highly recommended. We hope to return!

Great location near the Biennale, but away from the tourist crowds. Marco was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend to anyone going to the Biennale or a quiet place 10 mins from central Venice

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful villa just outside Venice. The house was stunning & spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a huge garden and a lovely swimming pool that we could use day or night. The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for laid-back evenings with friends. The host truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Communication was excellent, fast, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They even kindly offered to pick us up from Venice airport, which was such a nice gesture. Since we arrived late and were very hungry, they thoughtfully arranged for fresh, hot pizzas to be waiting for us when we got there—such a wonderful touch! It was the perfect holiday escape, and my friends and I genuinely enjoyed every moment. We would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Alberto’s apt was in a great location in Venice. So easy to find and very easy to get to. Didn’t have to cross one bridge with suitcases to get there. Everything was as expected in the apt. Overall great stay!!!!!!

We had a great time in Venice. The apartment is close to the tram which makes it easy to get to the center of Venice. All instructions were clear and the host is very responsive to messages. Our arrival was facilitated by the shuttle offered by the host. The apartment is as described I would recommend it

The campsite is ideally located near the bus stop to get to Venice or the surrounding area. The welcome in French was very warm, very professional, caring, with very good advice and always with a smile. The mobile home was very clean as well as the pool. The sanitary blocks are clean and functional. The water is hot. The practical and common cooking area accessible to campers is very much appreciated. We highly recommend this campsite.

Had a wonderful stay. The outdoor area is a dream. Here and there something would have to be repaired or replaced and the lake is neither suitable for swimming nor fishing, but the pool made up for all that. Very happy to come back!

The house is modern, furnished to a high standard and ideally located for excursions in the region – e.g. to Venice or Treviso. We especially liked the pool and the beautiful surroundings. Luisa's tips were also great and helped us a lot. We were there with two ten-year-old children. For families in a similar constellation, it is good to know that the extra bed is in the living room, where the air conditioning/ventilation is audible at night. The nearby park is also home to chickens, including a rooster and a peacock, and provides natural sounds in the morning - that's just part of it. The many advantages clearly outweighed the disadvantages for us - we would come back at any time!

A good furnished apartment with everything needed for a smooth stay, I would only recommend to add a microwave oven. Two swimming pools, 5 min to the beach. A quiet area, not crowded at all. Lidl, Euro Spin is close by. We enjoyed our stay and would come again!

We had a wonderful time at Adriana's cottage! Both Adriana and Eugenio were very friendly and welcoming. We felt immediately at home! The cottage itself is very roomy and looks exactly like pictured. Everything was very tidy and clean. The garden is gigantic and our dog had a lot of fun exploring and playing here. In the immediate vicinity there is a pizzeria (Surli) that has the best pizza we ever had in our lives! Highly recommended! Anything from Venice to Treviso and Padua is very easy to reach by car and there are a lot of opportunities for day trips. In the immediate surrounding of the house it is however not ideal to go for long walks. There's a road with no walkway and you can't go very far crossing the surrounding fields. That was however the only small downside to an otherwise wonderful vacation with lovely hosts at a wonderful location.

Great location off the beaten path. SO many great places nearby. Great view of the canal and a nearby bridge. Thank goodness for the air conditioning, because boy was it hot in Venice while we were there! Highly recommend Elisabetta's place. I would definitely stay here again.

Stefano's place was beautiful, clean, and very bright. Great location, very close to Rialto bridge and station. Stefano provide great instructions to get to the Rialto Station from the airport via water bus. Stefano's friend, Vera met us and showed us the place. Although in a crowded area, there was no noise once all the windows were closed. Great stay and will stay here again if we ever return. Thank you, Stefano!

A cozy apartment, perfect location in the very center of Venice, with a great balcony and fantastic views. Well-equipped kitchen with beautiful dishes, the hosts also took care of a set of necessary products ( coffee, salt , even olive oil!). Very comfortable and beautiful bathroom. If you don't mind climbing to a high floor, we definitely recommend it!

What a unique and memorable apartment! We felt immersed in the authentic Venetian culture and in a great location right on the canal with epic views from every window. Charming host and assistant were very helpful and available and consistently gave good recommendations. The design apt accentuates the historical building and highlights the hewn beams, original shutters and hardware into the design of a unique and individualized space. One of a kind!

We had a wonderful stay in Venice at Jessica's apartment. The apartment was spotless, very clean, comfortable and ideally located for exploring the city on foot. Jessica was an exceptional host, both responsive, caring, and full of great tips that really enriched our experience. Thanks to her, our stay was even more enjoyable. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Giglio House apartment. The property itself was absolutely gorgeous with the most spectacular views from every room in the entire apartment. It is so spacious and the beds were very comfortable which was a welcome treat after exploring this spectacular city. Our hosts went above and beyond to communicate clear access to the property and added many touches within the apartment to make our stay all the more comfortable. I truly enjoyed living the Venetian life in this beautiful home with the convenient central location. Thank you again Carlo and Enrico for helping to make our trip so memorable. I truly hope that we are able to return to Venice and enjoy this magnificent apartment again in the future.

The apartment is simply great – located in the middle of the city center and yet wonderfully quiet at night. It is very tastefully decorated, sparkling clean and equipped with everything you need. You immediately feel at home. The hostess is exceptionally friendly, always available and incredibly helpful – you rarely experience such a warm welcome. Overall, an all-round perfect stay - if I could, I would give 6 stars!
