Very spacious and decorated accommodation with taste. It is very functional and very well-equipped. Stephano is very responsive and available. Accommodation to recommend 10 minutes from St. Mark's Square.

Erika was a very accommodating and very responsive host. The accommodation was very clean, spacious with all the amenities. It is well located, a 5-minute walk from a bus stop that takes us directly to Venice and 15 minutes from Mestre train station. We were also able to enjoy the outdoors with a large gallery and patio area. The area was quiet with a very good restaurant and bakery nearby as well as a grocery store 10 minutes' walk away. We were greeted by Carmen, a very friendly lady who was able to give us all the necessary information and instructions for accessibility to the accommodation. I recommend this place and I would not hesitate to go back.

Lara was a fantastic host, very friendly and amenable. Nothing was a problem, my son arrived earlier than expected and she was very happy to welcome him and his girlfriend into the accommodation earlier without hesitation. Lara’s apartment was perfectly located for us, an easy bus ride into Venice and lovely to stroll around Mestre. The apartment was very spacious and clean, a perfect size for 5 of us. We had an amazing few days and would definitely stay at Lara’s again. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful host.

This property has everything. The canal views are spectacular. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. Close enough to St. Lucia to walk. Also close to both the tourists hot spots and local areas. Host was amazing. We highly recommend!

Michela was a great host, she provided clear check in instructions that were very easy to follow. The place was very clean, and the location is extremely convenient, within walking distance from the train station and the main attractions. We loved it, and would stay there again :)

The house was spacious and full of character with amazing views across to Venice city and close to restaurants and boat services. There was a lovely charming garden we only wished we had more time to enjoy. Paolo and Nadia were extremely responsive hosts. We’ll most definitely be back.

It was great stay! I enjoyed a lot, beautiful neighbourhood, not far from Venice! The flat was clean, good condition and taken care well. It made me to feel, that im at home. Monica is the kindest host 100% ever! For sure coming back!

The place and host were exactly what they said. Everything was beyond perfect.

It's a lovely place to stay. Major tourists sites are 15mins walking distance but still quite enough to have good night sleep. The place is beautifully decorated as the pictures shown as the description. Most of all Lu was very helpful. My flight was delayed 3times and we arrived after midnight. Lu was very patient and helpful. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for an Airbnb to stay at in Venice, this should be your number one pick. It is in a fantastic location (walkable to everything), the Airbnb is easy to find, and the host is extremely kind and responsive. If I could give this place 6/5 I would, it was just that perfect!

Stefano was amazing! I booked my three generation trip to Italy a year in advance and Stefano was there every step of the way. Always responsive and helpful! He set up a water taxi pick up for us when we arrived and left. He also set up a private one hour tour when we arrived with the water taxi. Great suggestions on where to eat and sites to see. Loved how his home was right by its own piazza and it was wonderful to be submersed in the local community. It was nice being here and we could walk to San Marco square, Rialto Bridge. It was nice to be outside the crowds of Venice after a fun filled day. Beautiful location and home. I would come back again and recommend to family and friends. We felt right at home. We felt excellently accommodated in the last four weeks of the stay. After a detailed check-in by Elena, everything worked out great, the location is excellent, quiet and in particular Elena was always supportive, friendly and helpful! We have actually always felt at home and can therefore highly recommend Elena's place! At this point, we would like to thank you again.

The accommodation was within walking distance to most attractions and ammenities - approx. 10-15 minutes walk to St Marks Square and Rialto bridge. It was an easy, flat walk from the Vaporetto to the accommodation - no stairs or bridges to cross on the way which was helpful when transporting suitcases. A co-op supermarket is close by so can easily pick up groceries as needed. Many options for local eateries and restaurants to cater for breakfast, lunch and dinners. The washing machine and clothes horse were helpful for a longer stay. Felt safe, spacious and comfortable. We were so pleased we stayed here during our visit to Venice. The place was quiet yet centrally located. We were able to make many excursions, e.g. to Venice, Chioggia and Padua - everything is easily accessible. The yard has a lot of charm and is very clean and well maintained. Fabienne and her husband are very nice and attentive. A place to relax and feel good - we can only recommend it and would come back.

a very nice house, Gina with her family - nice, available and very helpful. The rooms are very large, beautifully decorated. Each room has its own bathroom and very spacious toilet. The garden is beautiful, large, as well as a beautiful pool. Everything was clean and very well maintained. The place is very quiet 20 minutes from Venice, lots of restaurants and shopping centers are very close, including a large outlet. Thanks to Gina and her family we had a wonderful time in her house.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the stay at Fabienne's. Friendly host, very attentive to us, helps us by sometimes dropping us off at the bus stop, the property is spotless and beautiful... I recommend it 100% and I will come back You won't be disappointed!

We had a great time in Venice. The apartment is close to the tram which makes it easy to get to the center of Venice. All instructions were clear and the host is very responsive to messages. Our arrival was facilitated by the shuttle offered by the host. The apartment is as described I would recommend it
