We allow small dogs for an extra fee of $25/night which must be paid in advance plus a $50 deposit which you will get back if you clean up after your animals. Private casita. Our clean comfortable home is situated in the east valley. Close to restaurants, freeway and shopping. A king bed and double hide-a-bed in living room to accommodate 3 people. Microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot in the suite. There is no access to a full kitchen. Per Airbnb’s policy, we want you to know we have a camera with exterior video surveillance. No animals. No tobacco or vaping allowed on the property. Only registered guest allowed on property. Not appropriate for kids

This is a one-of-a-kind, stand-alone bungalow I lovingly call the "AZ Music Shack." I originally built it to be my music studio. It’s located near the heart of up and coming Downtown Chandler.
