Everything you need in this super clean, cozy, and safe space. Conveniently located in an upscale neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants, and groceries. Hiking, boating and golf are a short drive. Nicely furnished with everything you need for a relaxing get-a-way: luxury linens, coffee maker and coffee pods, microwave, fridge, ice maker and amenities. Enjoy the large outdoor patio and BBQ. We allow small dogs for an extra fee of $25/night which must be paid in advance plus a $50 deposit which you will get back if you clean up after your animals. Private casita. Our clean comfortable home is situated in the east valley. Close to restaurants, freeway and shopping. A king bed and double hide-a-bed in living room to accommodate 3 people. Microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot in the suite. There is no access to a full kitchen. Per Airbnb’s policy, we want you to know we have a camera with exterior video surveillance. No animals.
