Monthly Rentals in San Marcos La Laguna

I stayed at Vojta's space for a month and absolutely loved it; It felt like the perfect base. The space was cozy, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a longer stay. I was able to work easily off the wifi and find peace in the views during the day :) The hot shower and water pressure were great too. For me, the little things make a big difference. I felt right at home and found myself missing it! The surroundings here are lovely, and the energy of the place is something special. Communication with Vojta was easy and kind throughout. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a grounding, convenient, and relaxing spot to stay for a while.

Stunningly incredible view. Like a painting. Perfectly charming rustic cottage with two delightful balconies and the just perfect unobstructed views of the volcano and Lake Atitlan. The kitchen has what you need to prepare meals and snacks. Great refrigerator. Lots of little shops in the neighborhood for refreshments and a good pharmacy at the base of the hill that was very helpful with remedies when I was down with a tummy ache. Walked uphill to the very tiny local corner stores and also several times did the 10-15 downhill stroll to the lovely downtown Embarcadero commercial zone and tried many of the dozen healthy restaurants and health food shops. I hope to return some day.

I loved my month here. A little bit out of the hustle of San Marcos but close enough to walk anywhere in a few minutes. Quiet at night. Good internet. Carlos was very responsive, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the place.

I never spent a lot of place in my Airbnb‘s, but I found myself spending a lot of time at this place. It had a special energy to it and the rooftops were amazing. Access is a little bit difficult but so is everywhere in San Marcos. The host was very responsive to anything I needed. It was a pretty magical stay.
