Apartment holiday rentals in San Martín de los Andes

The apartment is functional and modern. Well-equipped and the kitchen very complete. The shower in the bathroom is excellent! It is a few blocks from downtown, ideal for walking. The host was very flexible for check-in and check-out, we maintained constant communication. Highly recommended location. The only thing to note is that in summer it can be hot, it gets the sun a lot of the day and while you can cool the environment naturally by opening the windows, they do not have mosquito nets. It is worth mentioning that there is a standing fan, although it helps, it may not be enough. We would definitely come back!

Our stay was perfect. We were in the city to participate in a race, and the location and amenities made our logistics much easier. Otima location, close to the restaurants, do everything on foot. On my next trips I would definitely stay again.

We charm, very good area, close to the center, it was just like the photos, and they had very nice views, the only negative for saying something, because it was a 10/10, is that in the sugar pack (which says well in large "sugar") had salt, le mande and adios cafe jjajaj is like an anecdote, but for the other excellent option, I recommend it.

Nice apartment located a few blocks from downtown Sanma. Ideal to be away from the chaos of the center and to be able to rest and park. But also ideal for walking quickly to the center as it is a few blocks away. Everything was excellent.

Eugenia is a great host!! Always concerned about our well beign, very friendly and helpful! The apartment is exactly as described, very clean and quiet, close to major restaurants and stores. Felt at home, away from home. San martin de los andes is a lovely city. Highly recommend Hernan’s place.

I wanted to wait until the end of the trip to say this: Ana was the best host of all the ones I met. Super attentive to everything and very willing. The treatment and good vibes felt like they were coming from a family member. The apartment is super comfortable and quiet. The heating was on when I arrived, which I thought was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit to San Martin. 150% recommended

Pros - Convenient check-in with a key in a special box at the entrance - The host responds quickly to messages - If you need something in the apartment, the hostess tries to quickly resolve any issues - Very warm apartment - Chic comfortable bed - The photos correspond to reality - Fast internet Small disadvantages: - The apartment is at the entrance to the city and you can hear the flow of cars, if you have a child, or you go to bed very early, this noise can be a little disturbing.

Clean, cozy, spacious and very equipped space. Super well located, I recommend and I would definitely stay again at Apt de Gabriela. Anyway, just compliments, I recommend!

The apartment is clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, cozy sheets in the beds. Located 1 minute walk from a supermarket and 1 minute walk from the other side to the main street and yet it was quiet. Communication at check in was a bit poor but later , it worked out. Communication afterwards with Sheila was good. All in all, an excellent and inviting apartment

Nicolas was an amazing host and Claudio provided all the support needed with check-in, check-out and changing the linens and towels. Great place, very friendly and flexible host.

The stay was excellent! Olga is extremely warm and always available for whatever you ask or need. She's very friendly! The apartment is bigger than the photos show! Super comfortable to share. In addition, it has been remodeled since December - everything is new! And when we arrived we didn't recognize it because the photos are from before we booked. It has everything you need to feel really comfortable, including a washing machine. It is bright, with very tasteful furniture. It is located right in the center and this is an advantage to do everything on foot, from going to the supermarket, to the bus terminal, taxi stand, the dock to take a boat trip, or climb the Bandurrias! Everything is within walking distance of the apartment. It's great if you don't have a car. A nice apartment to go back to! And Olga is very nice!

A beautiful apartment, very comfortable!

It was a lovely space in a restful environment and yet an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay and are very happy to recommend it.
