Family-friendly holiday rentals in San Martín de los Andes

The cabin is perfect. The unbeatable location, we were walking everywhere. The exit to Route 40 also very direct. The facilities are beautiful, all very well cared for and was super well equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation. Super comfortable beds and Cecilia a charm, always attentive to what we might need. We went with families with children and it was perfect, highly recommended!! Thank you Cecilia for everything.

Beautiful house and neighborhood! We were delighted! We will definitely be back!! The neighborhood is super quiet, with some walking trails, and some hares. We had a great stay and were very comfortable. We stopped with 2 small children who really enjoyed it. We felt at home. Thanks again

Everything is excellent, the house is just like the publication with good access and excellent views. A very safe place, we didn't even need to take the skis off the roof of the car. Everything works perfectly, it's very well equipped, even with a dishwasher and washing machine. Both Marta and Cecilia are very kind.

We had a great stay at Mia's house. She was always very attentive to my messages and provided us with the contact information of the cleaning person and the landlord so that we could contact them if we had any problems or questions. We all felt very comfortable in the house, no one bothered anyone. The space is very well used. There were lots of dishes and items for eating and preparing meals. Just as a comment to improve, the largest room on the ground floor does not have enough heating, it is a bit cool in winter. Just like the bathroom upstairs in the master bedroom. It was a pleasure to be in that house, with that environment and to have a host like we did.

Pablo's house is even better than what's shown in the photos, the service is excellent ! With quick response to every requirement . Unbeatable location. We were three marriages and we were comfortable . Everything works , everything works. It made our stay wonderful . Waking up to that view is to rest . Thank you for everything

We stayed in 3 couples and 3 children for 3 nights. The location of the house could not be better, facing Lake Lacar, with a sensational view. The house is beautiful, very well equipped and the service of both the owner Diego and Mr. Jerônimo was always quick and helpful. The land is huge and in the background is the recreational area. It has a sauna, swimming pool and game tables. Unfortunately the pool, although heated, was not very hot, and our children did not spend much time in the water. But it was possible to enter and relax after a day of skiing. Every day the house was cleaned, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen is quite complete.

Splendid cottage, very well stocked. It's very comfortable and warm. The cabin is very well located near downtown, you can handle walking. It also has a very well-kept park where every morning a couple of bandurrias came to visit us. Lucia is always very warm to assist me. It has two floors very well distributed, which if the upstairs does not have a bathroom. How it improves, mention that the key to the main bathroom took off.. but in general the cabin was very well maintained. We just wanted to make a barbecue and the grill could not be opened, we used the cat in the car😬. It's not something related to the cabin itself, but having little use, it gets oxidized . But this does not harm the beautiful stay that we spent in San Martin De Los Andes.. obvious that we will return… thank you Lucia!

Melina's cabin is excellent and communication with her and Rodrigo as well. The location is excellent, half a block from Lake Lácar, but a very quiet, private and safe place for pets. A very positive extra is that it has washing machine. The only thing I could criticize is that it does not have a bidet. Highly recommended. Thank you for everything

Excellent place in San Martin I went with my lady and daughter . Very clean, comfortable and nice. the spacious patio, we really enjoyed it with grill included. Andres always friendly. I would definitely come back

The accommodation was great, the house a dreamy and real view to the publication, Efrain always very attentive to all needs, although there was almost none, since I was all 10 in the cabin. Recommended recontra to spend a few splendid days!!!

We spent 9 days in Lau's house, the excellent location, close to the lake, close to the center and in a residential neighborhood, quiet, ideal for rest, the house is very comfortable, spacious, cozy, Lau is an excellent host, who keeps privacy in the stay but always available, excellent, I totally recommend

La Colella is a place that I recommend 100x100. The hospitality of Matías and his mother Cristina (do something so that Cris invites you to her homemade raspberry dessert!!!) is the best, the location is fantastic (around the corner from the main street), the cleanliness is excellent. Cristina lives next door what is great for anything you might need . Thank you for everything.

Elvia is absolutely wonderful. She is super caring and attentive. it's very quiet and I slept really well. I enjoyed an entire day of walking the shoreline along Lago Lolog. Really sweet place to highly recommend. Thank you Elvia for a lovely experience.

The stay on the slopes was excellent. The house is cozy, we had some inconvenience with the heating but Teodoro the manager fixed it quickly. The views and neighborhood are very nice. I recommend

The apartment is very comfortable, bright, located on the ground floor in a quiet part of the complex. They kindly left us tea, coffee and two welcome mamushka chocolates with a discount to buy there. The communication was with Celeste, who was friendly and predisposed. Everything in the apartment worked great. The area is two blocks from Lake Lacar and around the main street. There's a supermarket a block away. Everything is highly recommended!

The place is very well located near the center, modern and although there were some details, they are typical of the use. The bedroom window is great. I would return without hesitation.

Everything is excellent, good disposition and kindness of Sebastian and the lady who made the toilet, the beautiful place, the quincho a great contribution, with everything you need, the security of the place and the cabins ... we had an amazing time and in large part it was because of the pleasantness of the cabin and its surroundings. Best of this depto. It's its location is privileged you can know everything walking on average everything three blocks away, the pool is a delight, the sector is very quiet. It does not have parking but there is always space on the street. Everything turned out to be amazing and the city to come back soon!!
