On the first floor, a large room is refined and elegant with a private bathroom and a hot tub. Next to the main villa is an elegant 70sqm stone villa, consisting of a living room with sofa bed and 50'' TV, a living kitchen, two thoughtfully furnished rooms, and a refined natural stone bathroom in Slate. Beams in chestnut and stone make the environment even more authentic in perfect Tuscan style. It ensures privacy and privacy.
