On the first floor, a large room is refined and elegant with a private bathroom and a hot tub. Next to the main villa is an elegant 70sqm stone villa, consisting of a living room with sofa bed and 50'' TV, a living kitchen, two thoughtfully furnished rooms, and a refined natural stone bathroom in Slate. Beams in chestnut and stone make the environment even more authentic in perfect Tuscan style. It ensures privacy and privacy. The farmhouse is isolated on a hill, immersed in nature, surrounded by olive trees, a garden, and woods. The guest house is an independent wing of the large farmhouse on two floors: 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom. The private pool is exclusively for those who rent the house (max 4 people).
