Casa rosmarino vi aspetta sulle prime colline di Parma, nel Parco dei boschi di Carrega, in splendida e tranquilla posizione panoramica La casa è parte di un rustico e sita all'interno di un piccolo borgo privato dove troverete pace, tranquillità e meravigliosi tramonti sui calanchi. L'ottima posizione offre la possibilità di giocare in un campo da golf di 18 buche a soli 3.2 km, visitare rocche e castelli: Parma, Sala Baganza , Torrechiara, Fontanellato, organizzare passeggiate ed escursioni.

A 3 minuti di macchina dal paese (Langhirano) dotato di tutti i servizi (bar, ristoranti, supermercati). Silenziosa ed immersa nel verde. 20 km da Parma. Parcheggio gratuito. Il vostro alloggio si trova al piano terra della casa principale, ma è completamente autonomo. Il parcheggio ed il giardino sono invece condivisi con noi ;) Non sono presenti altri ospiti nella struttura.

L'Abitazione del Lauro, il più grande dei due appartamenti indipendenti, è disposto su due piani ha 4 camere da letto (5° opzionale), 2 bagni ed ha ingresso indipendente. E' ideale per famiglie o gruppi, che desiderano soggiornare poco sotto le colline dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, immersi nella natura, nella pace della campagna, circondati da animali selvatici ed immersi nel grande giardino attrezzato.

In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

Modern double bedroom with wardrobe adjacent to the bathroom with Jacuzzi bath to relax after a cold winter day.

Entire accommodation, recently renovated (2022) with two private outdoor parking spaces, independent access, large private fenced garden and 25 sqm terrace. The accommodation also features: - 1) independent kitchen - 1) large living room - 2) bedrooms with double beds - 1) single bed room - 1) Bathroom with shower There is also a washing machine, TV, and WiFi. It is rented for a minimum period of 3 days WE DO NOT ACCEPT MINORS UNACCOMPANIED BY PARENTS.

LA VOLTA BUONA- Luxury Country Cottage Un accogliente rifugio di campagna. Godetevi il relax nella campagna di Parma. "La Volta Buona" è un appartamento moderno situato in una zona molto tranquilla e immersa nel verde. La struttura si trova all'interno di una tipica corte agricola della fine del 1700, completamente ristrutturata. La posizione è perfetta: silenzio assoluto, ma il centro di Monticelli Terme è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti.

We are happy to welcome small dogs weighing up to 10 kg. We do not accept any other pets.
