Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in San Miguel de Allende

Excelente lugar, goza de todos los servicios y comodidades, vas a conocer un pueblo mágico sin sacrificar la comodidad para ti y tu familia, y esta solo a 5 minutos del centro, el residencial cuenta con una camioneta que te lleva al centro, viernes y sábado tienen servicio hasta la 1 am, los demás días cambia el horario pero es una prestación que te ahorra muchísimo en estacionamientos y taxis, sin duda alguna volvería a reservar aquí!

Esta es la tercera vez que nos hospedamos en familia con HOLT y, como siempre, ha sido una experiencia excepcional. Nos encanta descubrir sus propiedades porque sabemos que cada estancia garantiza calidad, comodidad y servicio de 5 estrellas. En San Miguel de Allende, sus alojamientos son ideales para viajes en familia o con grupos grandes — espacios bien cuidados, funcionales y con ese toque especial que hace la diferencia.

This is a cute and cozy home with a great view of the centro from the 2nd and 3rd floors. The rooftop terrace is a great place to relax. The kitchen is well-equipped to cook meals. There are so many restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the area it's easy to find somewhere to eat out. The home is located on the top of a VERY steep hill so someone with mobility or health issues would be challenged walking up to the home. But taxis are plentiful and within the centro the charge is about US$4. The home faces north and we found in November the main floor was dark and the house was cold but they have provided room heaters which worked well. Holt was always very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our month-long stay in the home.

Our time spent here was very comfortable. The view from the second floor deck was amazing and the breakfast was very delicious (we had leftovers for the next day)! There were a few minor details but they addressed them immediately. The staff were very professional, attentive and kind. It was about a 10 minute drive to the shopping areas, but we discovered a lot of restaurants. Nights were quiet. I enjoyed the rain at night and mornings felts very refreshing. The drive from BJX was approximately 2hours. My kids enjoyed the pool, it was about 4ft deep with a sitting bench to soak up the sun. They sent a brochure to add to my phone with recommendations (which I used quite a bit) and they had step by step instructions for check out (which amidst the chaos with a toddler helped a lot). We will definitely be returning in the future! Beautiful city! Thank you!

La casa se encuentra dentro de una privada que es muy lujosa y tienen mucha seguridad, la casa está muy bien equipa, cuenta con 4 habitaciones, 3 baños completos y se pueden quedar sin problemas hasta 8 personas, la casa cuenta con todo el equipamiento para tener una estancia agradable, el anfitrión siempre estuvo al pendiente de mis duda, cuentan con una alberca climatizada dentro del desarrollo y gym, la casa se encuentra a 5 minutos de algunos centro comerciales

Nos encantó la estancia en la casa. La casa se encontró muy limpia a nuestra llegada y las habitaciones muy cómodas y muy limpias el Sr. Eduardo muy pendiente y amable en cuanto nuestras dudas y preguntas. Nos encantó sin duda regresaríamos.

What a great place to stay in SMA! The apartment is located very close to the center, with only a short, not very steep uphill walk to get there. The design of the complex is great, with the units facing an inner courtyard, so even though you're close to everything, there was limited street noise, so nice and quiet! We thoroughly enjoyed the small pool and hot tub after walking around town most days. There's a wonderful Cafe two doors down where we ate breakfast almost every day, after a lovely night's rest on the comfy beds. Highly recommend the complex and LRM as a host. Very responsive!

Un bonito lugar, muy ordenado y limpio, recomendable al 100%, el acceso es sencillo y muy seguro.

We’ve stayed here before and had a great experience, so we were happy to return. It’s still a great value in an ideal location—close to all the best spots but far enough to avoid the crowds. Just note that Sunday mornings can be loud due to the church across the street. This time, the room wasn’t quite as clean as before. There was visible dust on decor items and dirt on walls and the floor, and our feet got dirty walking barefoot the very first night, so it wasn’t something we had tracked in. We hope the host brings back the stronger cleaning standards from our last visit. That said, we really appreciated being allowed a late checkout by an hour—such a kind and helpful gesture. If you’re visiting in summer, bring bug spray. A mosquito kept us up one night—not the host’s fault, just part of the season. Overall, we’d stay again. It’s still a solid and convenient place that is good for the price.

Todo muy bien. Céntrico y se puede pedir de comer en plataformas si no quieren salir si no en el centro hay mucho lugar donde comer sin duda volveremos

Superó mis expectativas, todo en perfecto estado y limpio, la ropa de cama así como las toallas olían riquísimo. Liz la anfitriona super atenta ,al llegar nos ofreció café muy rico; tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar . Alrededor tienes cerca tienditas , verdulerías , pequeños comercios de comida , recomiendo que hay muy cerca una taquería que cierra tarde y a un muy buen precio. Debo decir que si esta apartado del centro de Guanajuato, de 10 a 15 mins ( en coche) , hay transporte público que pasa muy cerca de la vivienda hacia el centro. Excelente todo. Gracias :)

Nuestra estancia fue muy placentera! Gabriel es un gran anfitrión, muy amable y nos dio recomendaciones y tips para turistear que nos sirvieron mucho! Las camas son muy cómodas, cuenta con TV en ambas habitaciones, el wifi funciona al 100 %, cocina equipada y espacio muy acogedor tal y como se muestra en las fotos, sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí!

Todo estuvo increíble, sin duda será una de nuestras principales opciones de alojamiento para ahora que estemos de vuelta en la ciudad. 🙌🏽

The location was absolutely perfect, walkable and safe area, close enough to the main attractions but far enough from the noise. The condo itself is exactly what our family of four needed, space and privacy.

muy lindo el lugar y muy limpio, solo nos dieron indicaciones incorrectas para ingresar al departamento, pero ya adentro todo en orden.

Muy buena opción de alojamiento, tres recamaras y dos baños completos, está en planta baja del edificio, estacionamiento privado y acceso controlado pero sin problemas para entrar y salir. Todo muy limpio

Una estadía de primera. Estaría perfecto con aire acondicionado en los dos dormitorios. Nos encanto

lugar increible, a 10 min caminando de la catedral, el departamento esta muy bonito y cuenta con todas las amenidades, super silencioso y amplio el estacionamiento. complicado acceder la primera vez si es que vas en auto ya que debes de pasar primero a recoger el control remoto y despues podras acceder a la cochera. fuera de ese detalle todo esta increible.
