Oscar was a great host. He offered great recommendations for local dining and activities. The location is walkable to a wonderful bakery for morning coffee and great for getting to anywhere in the city. It was clean and easy to access. I would definitely recommend this place and Oscar as a host.

Recommended place, the facilities are very nice and in good condition and most importantly everything is very clean. It's close to downtown and close to the spot there are several places to eat.

The apartment is very clean and pleasant, with a beautiful view, it is a very quiet place, the pools are very clean and beautiful .. we would definitely come back

great place. Everything was very clean. They provide cleaning on a regular basis. Thi place is on a main road, so are lots of diners close by. The place was quiet. Not a lot cooking appliances, but Dayma went out of her way to provide some extra utensils. The mattress was an extra plus to our stay, our backs appreciate the firm place to rest at night. This was an AMAZING location for convenience!! Best taco place in playa (El Fogón), lots of other restaurants, an organic market, and major supermarket all right on the corner! Carlos was absolutely THE BEST host ever!! I accidentally locked our passports in the safe day 1 and he made it happen to get it open so we could enjoy our vacation!! He gave TONS of recommendations!! I loved that the property had a balcony and there were beautiful plants everywhere!! I love to travel and I’m always so excited when I find a bnb that actually has a comfy bed!! The bed was large and super comfy!! The place was clean and there was even some cold water for us when we arrived which we were grateful for!! The beach and 5th Ave are each about 15 minutes walking or a short 3-5 minute taxi ride. The taxis were $3-$10 depending on who you ask and which way the wind is blowing 😂 (with tip we never paid over $175 pesos) Overall we had an amazing stay and I would absolutely recommend to stay with Carlos!

Nice and spacious apartment with a lot of sunlight. Some minor issues like a broken office chair, but overall in a good condition. Spectacular rooftop pool (unfortunately the administration decided to play house music all day) and a similarly big family pool. Good location, not too far away from the 5a avenida (restaurants + bars) and the beach, but nevertheless rather quiet at night.

Rex and Andres are fantastic hosts. I was there for an entire month and I loved my stay in Ipana condominiums and I will definitely come again next February. Great condo, great building, helpful tenants.

The studio is brand new, with all the necessary stuff that you need. We enjoyed the pool a lot as the beach had the seaweed. It is super close to the main touristc avenue and beside the Walmart. It was a pleasant stay. We would 100% recommend it.

everything was exactly as described the internet was really good and was able to do zoom calls no prob. Tere was awesome and I would def return back again.

Our stay was great! We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The condo was clean and stylish. All amenities provided. It truly felt like home away from home and having 5th avenue in such close proximity just added to the experience! Any questions or concerns we had were addressed immediately and with great care. This is a very nice place. It is a little away from town so we should have bought groceries. John’s local recommendations were great from massage to restaurants and beach clubs. Welcome basket is a very nice touch as well. A lot of things available at the condo to help have a great stay. Great local host and staff too. We would love to come back here.

We had a fantastic stay! The Airbnb is literally right on the beach. Couldn't ask for a better location to the beach, to restaurants and to shops. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the balconies during our stay because of the strong smell of seaweed which was bulldozed into a pile right outside. Not a fault of the Airbnb, and we would certainly book again. We just lucked out and went when the Southern winds were particularly strong, which washed a ton of seaweed to shore.
