Holiday rentals with beach access in San Miguel de Cozumel

Very nice place, better than the pictures, which is always a nice surprise. The beaches are rocky and not sandy. We enjoyed snorkeling to the right of La Monina Restaurant but never ate there. Mucuy Jugos & Breakfast was absolutely delicious and I recommend that you try one of their healthy juices. Pool was large, nice, clean and has an outdoor shower which is especially great for after snorkeling.

We had a fantastic stay at Gomez’s place! The apartment was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. We especially loved the tennis courts and the beautiful views — it truly felt like a vacation. There were fans throughout the space, and you could open the windows to let the lovely breeze in. The bed was super comfortable, and the location was ideal — close enough to walk to everything, but tucked away from the main drag so it was peaceful at night. The pool was empty most of the time so we practically had it to ourselves, and the security team was always around, friendly, and made the area feel very safe. Having a designated parking spot right out front was a huge plus, especially when we rented a car for day trips. Would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our time at David’s place. It is a beautiful space and a perfect location right downtown Centro Cozumel! Everything was super clean and good quality. The showers and bathroom felt very luxurious. We also appreciated having access to the rooftop pool. We’ve stayed at a few different places in Cozumel (including an all inclusive resort) and this was the best place by far! A great price and would definitely stay here again. I only bring this up for awareness and not to complain! We had a few problems at the start of our trip. Our access code to our front door wasn’t working. As well as some technical hiccups with the buttons to the stove. We also experienced a Wi-Fi outage for two days. However, the property manager Beto was very quick to respond and helpful in having these issues resolved in a timely manner. None of these issues made us regret our stay here. We had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for making our trip great!

This is a top of line view and very homey kind vibe. Hosts were great and very helpful. Luxury kind of feel and the place was even nicer than the pictures look. Nothing but positive feedback on this home.

Excellent place to stay in Cozumel. Very nicely furnished apartment with everything one could need. Host wast responsive, friendly and proactive. It was really nice that there was a cleaning service available as well. The facilities and location are excellent. We had a very pleasant stay.

The staff was very helpful we had an issue with the washer dryer and they handled it perfectly. Beautiful location very quiet and peaceful look forward to returning.

This was our first family vacation and we couldn’t have done it at a better place. The house literally had everything and more that you expect at a vacation home. With multiple pools and jacuzzis, I didn’t think it could be topped, until we walked into our very own private cenote! It was truly hard to leave this morning, the kids wanted more time at the house. It’s big and spacious and very private. The host are really helpful and sweet, with a cleaning lady that was kind and respectful of space and time. If you need any restaurant or activity recommendations, just ask Fabrizio, he was a great help. I plan on returning to playa de Carmen and when I do I hope this house is available. Can’t thank the hosts enough for trusting us with their home/ paradise (as the kids called it). Until next time.

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

When I return to Cozumel I would return to the same house, I felt right at home and well received and attended to.

A very central place, very close to the center, restaurants, the hostess who greeted us was very attentive to all the details and kind I would highly recommend it!!!

Everything was wonderfully clean, it was quiet and private! Also, having a kitchen is an absolute must for me, but not always easy to find in a rental. This location allowed me to walk to stores to buy food to prepare, but also offered options to dine out nearby. Sherri the host was very prompt at responding to my inquiries, and she speaks English. This really put me at ease because the last couple of places I stayed at did not have a person to check me in, so I had to wait an hour to get the key, and no one spoke any English.

We had a great stay, the condo is super clean, lots of amenities, great location super close to scuba diving. Great price, would definitely stay here again. Thanks

We had a wonderful stay. Everything went off without a hitch , and when we had some minor questions (like how to use the induction stove) Kathleen was very helpful and responsive. We will be coming back!

This was an amazing stay! We even overheard a couple staying at an all inclusive when we were at a different beach, they did not enjoy that hotel as much as they did at the Residences Reef. Host was very responsive as well. Overall highly recommend!

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!!!! This place is the place in all Cozumel. I can't tell you too many details because it won't be a secret any more! It is new, over looking the ocean, snorkeling right out your front door, quiet and family friendly.

Highly recommend!!! The property is extremely secure with a very friendly staff that was super helpful. The condo is steps to the sand and pools, both of which are very relaxing without high traffic of people. All of Mark's information was extremely useful, and he made himself available with any questions we had. Overall it was a great experience and we'll definitely be returning!

The apartment is very well located, clean, huge, to our liking, it has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. The service of the Resort staff is 10. Comfortable parking, safe place, they provide towels for the beach and pool, until 6:00 pm. We had a really good time.

We two retired teachers and two working teachers on break really liked this place. Bigger than expected, well provicsioned with water jugs and paper towels and even coffee and condiments, etc. Modern, clean, spacious, very good beds, appreciated the screens on the windows and patio doors, had good AC and also good fans. Nice kitchen area, good bathrooms and showers, well laid out plan. In secure gated complex, very quiet for sleeping, one block to street along sea. North side of town near good restaurants with snorkeling and sunsets on the water. Never met or talked to host, didn't need to.
