We are located 250 meters from the lagoon , in our 1000 m2 plotted property we only have 2 duplexes of 40 M2 covered plus private patio of 20 m2, up to 4 and 6 pax. Both count with , Netflix , WiFi, A/A cold/heat in all the burns.Microondas ,anafe ,pava and electric oven. , refrigerator c/freezer crockery , linens (only for use inside the duplex) , patio and own grill (pool and park to be shared between both )
