The furnishings are comfortable and minimal, the interior space is equipped with every comfort, corner equipped with espresso machine and kettle for tea/herbal tea, small fridge, TV, double bed, bathroom with shower. The house is on the ground floor in an area adjacent to the non-chaotic city center. In the surrounding area, you can park your car for a fee.

As you can see in the photos there are two wooden houses close to each other! so there is the possibility if you both rent to have neighbors, within the structure there are also other apartments and we live too and my family is like a small residence! comfortable wooden cottage ideal for couples, an ideal destination for spending holidays in PESCHICI. I advise guests to be self-driven because we are 1,5km from the center of Peschici and 2km the beach of the village!

Studio with sea view, air-conditioned with mosquito nets. New furniture. Kitchenette with oven and equipped with dishes. Double bed, plus bunk bed, TV, bathroom with hot shower. There is a balcony, with a small table and two chairs that can be used as a dining/dinner area. Complete bed linen and bathroom except bathrobe. The house is close to the historic center (300 meters). You can reach the sea on foot in about a dozen minutes (750 m) or by respective shuttles.

The charming apartment Vico Lungo 9 is located in the historic center, where you can get lost pleasantly in the alleys of Peschici. It is separated from the sea by a few dozen steps and is a short walk from all services (restaurants, bar, supermarket, pharmacy, etc.). The apartment has two floors: First floor: living room, bathroom and bedroom. Second floor: kitchen and terrace. Note: apartment not ideal for people with limited mobility. Not accessible by car.
