Beachfront holiday rental in San-Nicolao

Very well located accommodation next to the market square and the Old Port. The only drawback is that it's on the fourth floor, without an elevator, but there is a very beautiful view from the many windows of the apartment.

We felt like we had landed in a little paradise. The accommodation with a spacious terrace is absolutely enchanting and the small gazebo overlooking the sea is the icing on the cake. Communication with Pascal was super good and very fast. If we go to Corsica again, we will definitely stay here again.😊

We were guests of Florian and it was a wonderful stay, his family is very accommodating and friendly, the atmosphere is that of home while always maintaining your independence and intimacy. He gave us the opportunity to cook from his pantry and we were able to enjoy the outdoor saltwater pool ;) A perfect royal stay for families with children and for everyone. We will definitely be back and I recommend it without a doubt ;)

Ideal accommodation for two people. Very well located near St Florent (shops) with a superb view of the sea. The possible access to the beach on foot is an undeniable plus. Very quiet residence. The accommodation is well-equipped. The air conditioning was very much appreciated at night during this period of high heat. Clean accommodation. We couldn't have asked for more from our stay! Clean apartment, new furnishings, very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The outdoor veranda is ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The residence is quiet, pleasant and tidy; it has a large swimming pool and direct access to the beach. Our dog also greatly appreciated both the tranquility of the residential setting and the (free) beach where four-legged friends are welcome. Chantal, the host, was very helpful, adapting to our unlikely check-in and check-out times; always responding to our messages promptly; telling us where to shop, dine, etc. Thank you Chantal for hosting us and our furry friend!

I stayed in this studio for 5 weeks!! It was perfect, it had everything you needed in the apartment. Regarding the place, it is close to many shops, such as supermarkets, bakeries, Corsican grocery stores, and also close to Bastia. I recommend it:)

A delightful place to stay. The property is well equipped and very peaceful. It is quite isolated so a car is essential.

Eric & Lou are indescribably loving hosts who always have an open ear and great tips for activities. The apartment is lovingly decorated, air-conditioned and more than clean. The pool area is cleaned every day and the entire outdoor area is super well maintained. This place is a clear recommendation and we were there for the first time, but certainly not the last time.

We had a great stay at Karine and Fred's, who are very friendly. The house is very nice, with a beautiful garden, the pool and the sheltered terrace are a big plus. Located close to St Florent, the place is perfect for visiting the Cap Corse, and also allows you to rest because the place is very quiet. Karine and Fred welcomed us, advised us well and also knew how to remain discreet; in addition, we benefited from all the amenities when we arrived on site. We recommend these hosts.

We had a great time in Marie's place: very well equipped (and especially in children's equipment), very well decorated, and very functional. We also appreciated the availability in the accommodation of picnic equipment (coolers, icebread, Tupperware, umbrella...). In addition, you can go shopping, at the bakery or even at the beach on foot. In short, great 👍

The place has a wonderful location, only 3 minutes from the beach and on the beach itself it has two great restaurants. Otherwise it is very quiet and you can relax wonderfully in your own small garden. The cottage is rather functionally furnished, but it has everything you need. Only in the kitchen are some things missing if you want to cook properly. We were very warmly welcomed at the place and there was already a bottle of wine, water and a glass of homemade jam for us in the fridge. We really enjoyed the stay. The place is the perfect spot for a relaxing beach vacation.

We loved the location and the wonderful view of the small old port of Bastia. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for 2 people. Catching the sunrise from the bed touches the soul. The murmur until around midnight had something calming. So you were in the middle of it, even if you didn't personally open ice cups under the windows in the salon. All in all, a very relaxing holiday. Recommended.

Very stylish, small Airbnb with small kitchen in which we felt very comfortable. River and sea right outside the front door and the beach is very spacious and beautiful! Clear and helpful information from the host for flexible check-in. We were able to enjoy our vacation there very much!

The accommodation is beautifully decorated with great taste. In addition, everything you need for a relaxing stay was available. Marie-Carolin is very, very nice and made a special effort to make us feel comfortable. Both the check-in and the check-out were completely problem-free. This apartment is a gem. The stairs with their high steps are worth climbing! I was accompanied by my father who is old and was not able to pack his suitcase himself, but Christine was very kind enough to help us when we arrived. The departure was also sporty, but I do not regret my choice given the beauty of the apartment, its view, and its ideal location in the heart of the Citadel. And special note à la carte for the underground parking nearby which was very helpful to us.

Lauren is a great host! She always responded quickly and was also on site for both check-in and check-out. The cottage is lovingly furnished and you will find everything you need. Everything was clean and tidy, and there is plenty of storage space in the bedroom. The beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot, and there is also a bakery, supermarket and some restaurants within walking distance. We felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend Lauren's cottage - we already miss the small pool ;-) Thanks a lot Lauren!

This is the absolute best place to spend a vacation - the house is very friendly and has a wonderful terrace. The location is directly at the sea. Everything you need for a wonderful stay is there. i can fully recommend this house for a wonderful experience of Korsika.
