Nuestra casa se encuentra en el corazón de la ciudad de Villa Ramallo, en un Barrio llamado Amuchoca que se caracteriza por su tranquilidad, estamos a 5 kms del Río Paraná. Es la comodidad de estar cerca de todo, pero también la tranquilidad de un espacio privado. Contamos con una casa cómoda y apta para 6 personas, el mayor atractivo en temporada de verano es nuestro patio verde y su mini piscina con Hidro masajes y en invierno el living tiene una estufa a leña con fuego a la vista.

El Descanso is a very spacious and quiet country house, ideal for a weekend with family or friends. It is located a few minutes from San Nicolás and has everything you need to enjoy the outdoors and the comfort of a serene place surrounded by greenery. It's a place designed to rest, have a good barbecue, surround yourself with nature, spend quality time, play soccer or paddle tennis, and for the kids to have room to move around.

The hidden, green, tranquility and privacy

Designed to be enjoyed all year round, as the name indicates, the house is hidden. On the street there is only a double gate for car entry with a 15-meter corridor that reaches the heart of the block where the 30-meter by 36-meter plot is located with beautiful vegetation, 6 trees, stove, clay oven, garage for 2 cars, open roofed quincho with heaters and grill. The house has 200 square meters distributed over 2 floors.
