This property is amazing. A little far from the main city, but you get a quieter and more chill environment, away from the traffic jams and the city rush, it’s a really nice property. Loved it. Would definitely recommend it and would definitely be visiting again.

Wonderful home! We would love to come again. The only things to keep in mind are (1) there is no A/C, and (2) there is a neighbor close by. Otherwise, it is a wonderful retreat that is great for families or friends, especially during cool season. We loved being up in the mountains with beautiful views and easy access to hiking trails. The hosts are very helpful and kind - we did not have any issues at all, as they anticipated our needs with thoughtful touches. We look forward to booking again!

Cute cottage with paddy field backing onto the creek before arriving is a bit worried about whether it will be in the middle of the field and no shops in front of the village.But actually just around the big road, there is also a 7-11 and some snack bars nearby.The actual location is also just a little further south in the direction of the airport/baan kang wat, it is not too far from the old city of Chiang Mai, it is easy to drive, and you can also take a look at the real life of locals outside the sightseeing area along the road! Host is Taiwanese, communication is completely accessible, and there is so much help online.The space is clean, simple, and has a lot of little details to like, the sofa falls in love with the old 😆 linen table that you want to steal, put a cane basket and tea set on the wooden table by the window, the whole set of coffee tools with small stereo, the sound for solo travelers to reduce the fear of the empty darkness is extremely helpful, and also I don't know how to say that you feel well equipped with the lighting design! The basic configuration is thoughtful and complete, the parental clean bed set and the pillows for a good sleep, the kitchenette on the terrace also has an oven/microwave and cookware to use at your own discretion, this time for a single person's travel time is not enough. If you are traveling in a group feel like eating a hot pot or drinking alcohol together at night, it must be great. The solo ladies prepared beer and biscuits and enjoyed a relaxing and comfortable night with music in the living room, and a chance to definitely come again!

Had the pleasure to stay with my family and my dogs. Place is huge and enough space for a big family. We even had bbq one of the nights at their outdoor sheltered area. Overall a lovely place. One thing to note is that only one of the rooms have an ensuite toilet. The other 2 rooms have their own toilets a few steps outside the room.

The house is spacious with a lot of space. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is clean. The place is quiet. If you come with a lot of activities outside the house. Very good.

Chinese Chiang Mai neighborhood, good to eat and drink, the car I helped to find was good and cheap, and the friends I was traveling with said yes!

A nice little place just outside of chiangmai. We enjoy our stay very much. The pool is refreshing and the openness to look out in field is relaxing. It located just off the road so you can hear the traffic. It was not a busy road so it’s not a real issue.The host is super friendly and responsive. A perfect place for what we needed! Will recommend!

The house is amazing!It's a nice setting and comfortable.The fair is close and convenient!The host was very friendly and often took us out and about.The harvest of mature papaya was also divided into us!It's sweet and tasty!The countryside is comfortable and suitable for large families to play together.

Lovely room and pool! staff were lovely and cafe was convenient by the pool. Unfortunately had very noisy people upstairs but otherwise was great. Grand Canyon Waterpark basically across the road and a 7/11 roughly 20/25 min walk but otherwise need taxis to get around.

We loved this home so much we extended our stay! It was perfect for our family with young children as it’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood with a lovely playground. The owner provided everything we needed and was there when we checked in to show us the house. We all loved it and hope to stay again someday!

This house was perfect for our family of 5 to stay for a month in Chiang Mai. The house had everything we needed and was in a convenient location, close to Kad Farang with a grocery store, restaurants, and other fun stores. Every room had an air conditioner and the kitchen had what we needed to make meals for our family. Definitely recommend!

Quite place with everything we needed. Nice with access to pool, welll equipped kitchen, free water, Netflix and free bikes for use. Very good attention by the owner as well.

This small house had a cosy, warm, clean and mediative feeling. Perfect for two people to share. You are surrounded by greenery and natural materials. Somporn lives next door with her family, dog and cat who are very well behaved and do not bother you at all. You can wake up in the morning to watch the sunrise from bed, bird watch, reflect and relax. The lake view is also a very lovely feature. There wasn't much of a walk to do in the area, or anything else really if you don't have transport so it is a place that allows little activity. We would've enjoyed this house a lot more if the house wasn't on the main road. The road noise is intrusive and sometimes there were street vendors right outside the door making noise. Somporn was a very communicative, helpful and respectful host and was always available to help. I really recommend to order from the local farm shop advertised, receiving the produce really made our stay a lot more interesting and the produce was great.

Very peaceful villa and exactly how it is described.

Probably a special fate for us to stay at Moon and Hank's country cottage, which was the biggest highlight of this trip.Self hire car drives past, very good find with clear signage.After going in, it is like a cottage in Tao Yuan Ming Poetry, and I think the scene in Taohua is no more.Clean kitchen and bathroom with a cozy bedroom as well as beds. Moon prepares a super hearty Asian breakfast every morning and comes over from time to time to show us the spices from the yard, the seeded fruit as well as the super big snails in the pond.Moon and family also took us to a Bushkund event in the opposite temple, which was a special experience.For leaving, very reluctant, I hope to have the opportunity to stay here next time and experience the most relaxing and comfortable Chiang Mai life.May Moon and Hank be safe and happy and trust we will see you again. The villa was worth the stay. It was very pretty and the location was perfect for a party of eight people. There are two homes on the property. The main property has two bedrooms with a private bathroom. The main bedroom has a double Jacuzzi with an outdoor shower area. The second bedroom was also spacious with appropriate amenities. There is a large kitchen in the middle that is great for cooking. However, in Thailand, you don’t have to cook because the food is readily available at all times. The back house was also spacious and a short walk away. The pool was very clean and pristine. The vibe was very chill withmature trees and beautiful garden all around, you feel like you are nestled in a delightful, peaceful area, tucked away from the city life. The staff member go above and beyond to make your status as comfortable as possible. The manager, Pisrit, is very kind and knows the true definition of customer service. The rest of the staff is also very kind and works very hard.
