Holiday rentals with beach access in San Pancho

What a beautiful, ideal and peaceful location for a spectacular ocean front getaway! Mar's location is one of (if not best) ocean side views we have been witnessed to. The balcony itself had 180+ degree unobstructed views. Access to his private beach was ideal. Other beaches with great beach clubs and restaurants were only minutes away by beach walks. Mar's helpful recommendations and easy going style, made us feel right at home. There couldn't be a better location and host in this area you could ask for... Definitely a jewel in our vacation beach memories to enjoy for times to come...

Casa Namaste is just 2 short blocks from the Sayulita Plaza which makes walking almost anywhere very easy short work. The penthouse is a wonderful open air kitchen and living area under a palapa. Very comfortable and since you are high up you get the advantage of any breeze. It is up 2 flights of stairs, so maybe not the best place if you have trouble with that but the climb is worth it. Very spacious and a great place to hang out.

Tenia mis dudas si estaba cerca de la playa y realmente si esta cerca esta a solo 1 cuadra, esta muy agusto, tienes una farmacia y oxxo cerca. Todo muy agusto, hay alberca y jacuzzi disponible con una vista bella. Lo malo es que debes estacionarte algo retirado si es que llueve porque comentan que se inunda, a nosotros no nos toco que lloviera por lo que dejamos nuestro auto enfrente y no tuvimos ningun inconveniente

Exactly as described, very close to the beach and everything you need. Everything you need to cook and live like a local. Soya is very polite and responsive. Very easy to check in. We loved this hidden gem, look forward to staying again!

The location of Oscar's place is ideal and very walkable to markets, restaurants and the Malecon. The studio room was clean and comfortable. There was some noise from church bells and fireworks, but I slept with a sound machine and it helped. The housekeeper was friendly and helpful when I was checking in. The rooftop space was perfect for hanging out and the continental breakfast was a nice addition to my stay. Would recommend and stay there again!!

Las fotos de este departamento no le hacen justicia. Está más lindo en persona. Tiene todo lo que necesitas, toallas, centro de lavado, cocina bien equipada, y la cama está SUPER cómoda. Mi esposo y yo lamentamos no haber agendado toda nuestra estancia en este lugar. Dormimos como reyes, no había ruidos ni entraba la luz. La alberca está muy bonita, con una vista increíble. El gimnasio está bien equipado y hay una zona de hamacas donde puedes descansar. Cuenta con seguridad y su propio estacionamiento, y fue muy sencillo acceder. La comunicación con Sebastián y Louis fue sencilla y eficiente. Es de los mejores lugares en donde nos hemos hospedado en México. Si regresamos a Puerto Vallarta nos volveríamos a hospedar aquí.

It was the perfect, cozy spot with the perfect location. Tastefully decorated, and that private terrace such adds even more charm to the unit. Would definitely reserve this spot again next time I’m in San Pancho…

Jamie’s home is amazing! The place was incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend staying here, we had a wonderful time and will be back in the near future!

Fue una estancia amena, privada, en una casa hermosa, en la cual te puedes pasar todo el día en ella sin necesidad de ir a la playa. Chalain, es un excelente anfitrión, siempre al pendiente de nuestras necesidades. 100% recomendable, no se arrepentirán :)

Tuvimos una gran experiencia en el alojamiento de Melanie. Es un lugar limpio que cuenta con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable, tal cual como se observa en las fotografías. Está muy bien ubicado a tan solo unas cuadras de la playa y a unos pasos de tiendas o restaurantes. La comunicación siempre fue excelente y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente durante nuestra estancia. Definitivamente volveríamos.

Beautiful property and very well maintained. Location is perfect! It is very close to the beach (4 min walk) and to the town (8 minute walk). We chartered transportation from the airport through the Airbnb and the rental company turned out to be located right next door. They also had golf carts for rent, which was very convenient. They have a restaurant next to the rental place that has great breakfast and dinner. Sayulita is magical! We had an amazing stay.

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

Exellent Host, knows the area very well. Very private área yet close to everything. Small dipping Pool was a nice place to cool off in the heat of the day. Super steep rode to access the home, just be prepared for that. I would stay again in a heart beat.

Es el mejor alojamiento de Airbnb que he tenido, cerca el club de playa que es una joya. el mar sin olas es como una alberca gigante, las albercas impecables, cómodo el lugar, La Señora Elena es muy amable, los horarios de salida y entrada excelentes ya que se aprovechan al máximo los días, sin duda voy a regresar, la pasamos fantástico mi familia y yo.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The place was well kept and very comfortable. The amenities with the pool and hot tub were great as well. Just a short walk to the beach and many options for dinner and activities.

We would not hesitate to come back to Pier 57. The place was modern and functional. Right in the middle of the best beach in Peurto Vallarta. The rooftop pool had amazing views and was one of the most unique spots I have ever been.

We had a great stay there this week, our family had an incredible time in PV and the place is beautiful and in a great location! The restaurant, bar, pool and gym were all fantastic! Highly recommend!

Amazing stay, perfect location, incredible pool, and great coffee! We had a fantastic time at this Airbnb! The pool was absolutely amazing and the perfect place to relax. The entire space was clean and clearly well taken care of, which made us feel right at home. One of the nice little touches we really appreciated was the Nespresso machine – the coffee was delicious and a great way to start each morning. On top of that, the location couldn’t be better – close to everything we needed: restaurants, shops, and attractions. It was super convenient and easy to get around. Highly recommend this place, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Loved this place. I prefer having more of a peaceful vacation along with authentic eating experience. This fit that amazingly. Yes the walking is a lot. The hill to get to the place is quite steep and I’m in good shape. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the beach and another 10 to get to where most of the towns food is at. The beach club was wonderful and empty. The pool at the alamar was amazing and pretty much private. We came during the off season but enjoyed it fully. It was peaceful and the beach itself was clean and wonderful. Easy access to clean water at the facility too. Would highly recommend .

I really enjoyed my stay at Marek's place. The location is perfect for exploring PV, Zone of Romantica particularly. Beautiful one bedroom modern condo. Spotless and very clean. The balcony is very pleasant to sit and have a morning coffee taking in the beautiful view. The rooftop has an amazing ambiance and vanity pool with a breathtaking view of PV. Friendly staff who are there 24 hours. You're a quick 5 min walk to the nightlife and lots of restaurants. A short walk to the beach as well. His place is nice and quiet. Close enough to the nightlife to walk but far enough where you don't hear it at night. I also really loved the bedroom and shower. I give this place a 10/10 for me personally. This will be my first choice from now on when traveling to PV. Highly recommend.

First time in PV- and wow. This location and view is literally unmatched. Steps down from the blue water, rooftop pool is unmatched, and the balcony in the mornings are heavenly views. I plan to stay here every time in the future for my visits to PV. It was a wonderful time and hope to visit and come here again VERY soon :)
