Holiday rentals with beach access in San Pedro de Alcántara

Nous avons adoré notre séjour de trois mois à Marbella dans ce magnifique appartement situé à côté du club de golf Los Naranjos et à une heure de marche de Puorto Banus ( trajet très agréable que nous avons fait régulièrement) ou 10 minutes en auto. Cet appartement très grand, moderne, récemment rénové, meublé avec goût, très propre et bien équipé pour les longs séjours. Le quartier est calme et sécuritaire. L’appartement possède un stationnement intérieur mais il est aussi très facile de se stationner à l’extérieur. Un coup de coeur assuré!. Carmen est l’hôte parfaite. Son accueil chaleureux, ses nombreuses attentions et conseils pour nous faire vivre une expérience inoubliable. Elle s’est assurée tout au long de notre séjour de notre confort en plus de répondre très rapidement à toutes nos questions. Si nous avons la chance de revenir c’est certain que cet appartement sera notre premier choix. Muchas gracias Carmen . 🤩

The apartment was outstanding and perfect location for what we needed. The photos don’t do it justice, spotlessly clean and really quiet. Would highly recommend and will return.

Me and my friends just spent a couple of nights at Sidney’s place and would definitely recommend! The apartment was spacious and modern with a gorgeous outside terrace and garden. The grounds and pool were immaculate. We had a very late flight and Sidney made arrangements for someone to meet us with the key and show us inside the apartment. It was about 30 minute walk to puerto banus and 15 to the supermarket. We all really enjoyed and would love to come back again! Thank you

Gute Lage zur Altstadt und zum Strand, gute Parkmöglichkeiten im Parkhaus direkt in der Nähe, leider funktionierten alle drei Aufzüge vier Tage nicht, so dass man den Personalaufzug benutzen musste!

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war einfach fantastisch! Die Wohnung war genauso wie auf den Fotos: sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage war ideal: ruhig, aber trotzdem nah an allem, was man braucht (Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand etc). Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastgeberin. Äusserst freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar. Schon der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert. Wir haben uns als Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment exactly as described and Beatriz is very friendly and helpful. The grounds of the apartment are lovely and the pool is beautiful. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time! We found the complex to be quiet and relaxed as mostly they are owned apartments with many people living there - making for a well maintained complex and a very peaceful environment. The apartment is a great size and having large balconys on both sides means you can follow the sun or the shade! It is very well equipped with everything you would need. The location is fantastic, right by the beach and promenade with plenty of restaurants etc within easy walking reach. It’s also an easy walk into town with tons on offer too. Parking on offer and a supermarket a few minutes away, there’s nothing more one could need. We hope to come back soon! Thanks for a great stay.

La estadía fue genial, y la comunicación con las personas responsables del airbnb fue excelente. Una cosa que recalco es la limpieza, ya que es muy importante y todo estaba muy bien. Sin duda me quedaría nuevamente!

El departamento está situado justo en el área turística de Puerto Banus, un departamento muy moderno y con todas las amenidades que necesites, caminando están muchas tiendas y restaurantes y la playa a unos cuantos pasos, el host fue siempre fácil de comunicar y la llegada igual fácil de encontrar y de entrar, muy recomendable.

Great location. Walking distance to old town Marbella and the seafront with lots of restaurant choices close by. Had a lovely private outdoor area which we used a lot. Friendly and very helpful host!

Ik heb ontzettend genoten van mijn verblijf in het penthouse van Oceana Gardens in Estepona. Het appartement was werkelijk schitterend ingericht en voorzien van alle denkbare gemakken. Alles was schoon, modern en comfortabel, wat het verblijf erg aangenaam maakte. Er is een ruim balkon en als je daar heerlijk zat had je uitzicht op de bergen en in de verte de zee. De omgeving is heerlijk rustig, ideaal om te ontspannen. De aanwezigheid van een gym was voor mij een fijne bonus. Voor wie van lekker eten houdt er zit een goed restaurant La Famillia op loopafstand dat absoluut een bezoek waard is. Een auto is wel aan te raden, want dan ben je in ongeveer 15 tot 20 minuten in het centrum van Estepona, waar je volop restaurants en het strand vindt. Kortom een perfect verblijf als je op zoek bent naar luxe, rust en comfort in een mooie omgeving. Ik kom hier zeker graag nog eens terug!

Eine Perle direkt am Meer! Lauras Haus ist wunderschön, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Zudem gibt es einen Weinkühlschrank mit tollen und preiswerten Weinen. Wir haben dies sehr geschätzt. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, ein paar wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Wir haben es geliebt! Laura ist eine super Gastgeberin, hat uns nützliche Tipps gegeben und hat uns sehr gut empfangen. Sie wohnt gleich nebenan, was für uns sehr praktisch war. Wir können Lauras Haus sehr empfehlen und hoffen wiedermal zurück zu kommen.

Excellent Villa with everything we needed. 5 mins to the beech. 10 mins to the local supermarket, excellent host who showed us around and even got us some shopping in so we could get unpacked quickly. 15 minute walk into Puerto Banus helped us get our steps up, and plenty of beech bars along the way. overall very pleased with our stay. A lovely, small house with amazing views over to Gibraltar and beyond. It felt like being in the real Spain.

Absolutely fantastic little apartment in beautiful surroundings, great facilities and very easy to walk into town. We would 100% book again and look forward to the next visit!

My daughter and her boyfriend had a wonderful stay at Cristina’s apartment! Perfect location and absolutely beautiful inside and out! Cristina was even great at keep me up to speed with how they were getting on (very comforting as your children embark on adult life!!). Die besten Gastgeber! Danke für alles. Paula war super süß und hat uns empfangen und alles gezeigt . Tolle Tipps und Informationen haben sie uns vorher schon geschrieben. Die Wohnung ist TOP! Alles vorhanden, Kaffee, Tee, Strandutensilien, Honig, Pfeffer Salz usw. Duschgel Shampoo, Strandtücher und genügend Handtücher. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und können nur weiter empfehlen.

Ich kann jedem nur diese Unterkunft empfehlen. Ich fliege jedes Jahr nach Marbella mit meinen Freundinnen und muss ehrlich sagen dass diese Unterkunft mit Abstand die beste war. Alles hat super geklappt und war flexibel

Loved our stay! The place is beautiful and the pictures were exactly as shown. The view is amazing and sitting on the balcony in the morning was so relaxing. The location was right in the center and it was a very safe street. Would absolutely come back. Be warned that there are quite a few stairs to climb to get to the unit- my group was a few girls and we made it work but if someone cannot carry a large luggage then going up the steps might be difficult. Regardless, it was worth it!

Nicolás Unterkunft im Estepona ist toll! Ich war eine Woche dort und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung bietet sehr viel Platz, einen großen Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten, ein super gemütliches Bett (Emma-Matratze!), eine große Terrasse, einen modernen TV, super WLAN, guten Wasserdruck,… Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche haben sehr gut geduftet. Der Ausblick von der Wohnung ist richtig schön - Meer in allen Richtungen. Die Wohnhaus ist sehr gepflegt und verfügt über Aufzüge. Einen Parkplatz vorm Haus hab ich immer bekommen und mich in der Umgebung wohl und sicher gefühlt. Der Weg zum Strand hinunter ist nicht der schönste, aber es dauert nicht lange und alternativ kann man mit dem Auto runterfahren. Dann ist man in wenigen Minuten am Ziel und hat dort auch einen Parkplatz. Nicolás ist ein toller Gastgeber! Er antwortet rasch, ist sehr nett und absolut um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht. Ich würde jederzeit wieder in der Wohnung bleiben - auch länger als eine Woche.
