A great gated location not far from downtown highly recommended it’s our 2nd stay this time and great as always host very polite and helpful. We found our spot to stay anytime we are visiting our family in San Pedro de macoris.

Everything is good, very good place, it is located

I treated my dad to this Airbnb stay in Juan Dolio, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The location is perfect—just steps from a quiet, beautiful beach with soft sand and warm water. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable trip. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony with an ocean view was a highlight. My dad loved it. The host was responsive and helpful. The secure building, fast Wi-Fi, and good air conditioning made the stay even more comfortable. Juan Dolio is such a peaceful escape with just the right touch of local charm. I highly recommend staying here.

So, when I arrived at the location I was somewhat disappointed initially because the building is not right on the beach. But the receptionist suggested that I go to view the apartment first before making any judgment. I did just that. When I entered the apartment the view of the beach was so amazing that I immediately wanted to extend my stay. I absolutely loved it. I will be back.

We really enjoyed the stay. It's a nice place to spend family time. There are many green areas and cute beach area to take cute photos. One thing we highly value is that: It has good beds with good sheets and quality white towels and the kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary utensils. We would definitely repeat.

An excellent place for a weekend. The apartment is extraordinarily well decorated and equipped. The location is good, but a little far from the beach to walk. Just one thing to highlight, the photos give the appearance that the apartment is more spacious than it is. However, it is still an excellent property and is a good size for a family or several couples.

My family felt very comfortable with the place, it was super quiet, a very good host who responded quickly to concerns and was very available in the service. Very comfortable, quiet place. I loved this place. Super spacious and quiet. Check-in was super easy. The complex pool is spectacular. Auri is undoubtedly an excellent host. The condo was excellent with a perfect view of the pool, beach and ocean from the balcony. The balcony was our most used part of the condo with excellent shade and a nice cool breeze. Air conditioning worked flawlessly as well as the appliances. Small grocery store easily within walking distance as well as a few trips into San Pedro for monthly supples kept the kitchen well stocked with food and bottled water. Overall the month long stay was quite wonderful and we will definitely return.

Luis is a star host. I can honestly express that it is an attentive, responsible, courteous and proactive server. The accommodation is super comfortable, hygienic, spacious, with a height and location that allows you to appreciate the whole landscape in a spectacular way.
