Villa holiday rentals in San Pedro de Macorís Province

As a group of friends looking for a private getaway, this was the perfect place. The house is beautiful and spacious -- its open-air feel allows the breeze inside. The pool was refreshing and was cleaned multiple times during our one-week stay. Access to the beach could not have been better and the water was calm. That said, what makes this listing shine is the wonderful staff. Belén cooked us delicious meals with love, Arelis kept the house spotless, and Papito was always there to help - including opening fresh coconuts for us! Pedro was in constant communication and helped curate a menu and grocery shopping so that we could relax. We had been slightly worried about safety as a group of young students, but rest assured the property is well secured and the staff is always there for any needs. Thank you to Pedro, Belén, Arelis, and Papito for a wonderful spring break!

Luis was a great host! Replied immediately with any questions i had! Location was beautiful! Family and I enjoyed the pool, everyday it was cleaned! Rooms were perfect size! Great villa for a family, adults and kids loved! Also, the security from the villa also made us feel safe! As in they really do their job and make sure who comes in and out! Overall great experience with this villa! Thank you Luis!!

The host was great communicated well. The place was nice and clean . A good location and private . Nice swimming pool and walking distance to private area and safe.

El alojamiento es muy agradable y moderno para compartir en familia, tiene un gran salón que integra cocina, comedor y sala con vista hacía la piscina que tiene un buen tamaño para grupos grandes, el área del patio bastante amplia y cuentan con un bbq pequeño pero funcional. Pasamos el fin de año aquí y las cocinas están muy bien equipadas para preparar cualquier comida, además de contar con todo tipo vajillas y utensilios. Nos encantó el espacio, nos volveríamos a quedar. Jorge también fue un muy buen host, estaba disponible y respondía rápidamente a nuestras inquietudes, ayudado a tener una muy buena estadía. Solo recomendaría mejorar la limpieza general y lleven sus repelentes, hay muchos mosquitos en la zona.

La villa es realmente José Luis con su servicio impecable. Me fascinó la villa, las fotos no le hacen justicia a la propiedad que es extremadamente amplia, con una cocina muy completa y las habitaciones secundarias bien distribuidas. Tiene un área para el bbq y su frezzer, la piscina y el jacuzzi LIMPIO y adicional fue un personal a limpiar durante la estancia. La comunicación con José Luis fue extraordinaria.

Recomiendo este alojamiento 100%. Lugar acogedor, limpio y tranquilo, equipado con todo lo que necesitas para pasarla bien en familia o amigos. La piscina tiene una cascada que enciende automatico varias horas al dia, donde se pasa un momento divertido, buen sol y area equipada con BBQ. La cocina es espectacular, las habitaciones con camas comodas, balcones , tv, buen aire y baños modernos. Cámaras de seguridad externas que no interrumpen tu privacidad. Buena comunicacion con las anfitrionas. Si vas a Playa Nueva Romana considera quedarte en Villa Valdivia, excelente lugar. Gracias Indhira, esperamos volver pronto.

El alojamiento está ubicado en una zona con una playa espectacular! Y todo dentro del alojamiento fue muy bonito. En especial el jacuzzi

Me encanto todo, super amplia, ada es un amor, explica todos los detalles y busca soluciones. La villa es hermosa y cuenta con muchisimos juegos de mesa. Definitivamente volvería miles de veces.

Anthony y Dolfi fueron excelente anfitriones, la casa es super comoda , tiene todo lo necesario, la cocina muy bien equipada, y el BBQ bien amplio para cocinar para toda la familia. Mi lugar favorito fue la piscina, en el jardin del fondo, se aprecia una vista relajante. Super contento con la estadia!

My family had a great time! The staff was friendly and attentive, although there were a few minor communication issues. The host was quick to respond and handled any concerns efficiently. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

The house and Fernando were amazing! He communicated with us all the way from beginning to end. He tried to help us by calling security when a neighbor had a party two nights in a row. That was really the only inconvenience aside from not thinking to bring our own cleaning supplies. We will definitely recommend to people needing a place for 7-8 people. ❤️

I’ve stayed at several AirBnBs in DR but this was by far the best one! Any issues we had were dealt with immediately! We loved the service of having a staff on site during the day to assist with any requests or issues that may have come up. We felt like they thought of everything for us to have a pleasant stay. We would definitely stay there again!

Der Kontakt mit America war super. Sie hat stets schnell geantwortet und war freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist super gewesen für unseren Aufenthalt. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und ein kleiner Hund. Die Unterkunft hat Ideal gepasst. Es gibt 1 Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein Zimmer für 3 Personen mit Einzel und Doppelstockbett. Es gibt in allen Schlafzimmern eine Klimaanlage. Sowie im Obergeschoss ein Badezimmer und im Erdgeschoss ebenso. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit Fernseher und Netflix ausgestattet sowie mit Ventilator. Es gibt einen tollen großen Esstisch sowie eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Herd, Ofen, Spülbecken, Mikrowelle und großer Kühlschrank sind vorhanden. Genauso gäbe es eine Waschmaschine wenn benötigt. Es gibt eine Komplett überdachte und verglaste Terrasse hier kann man auch BBQ machen oder in geselliger Runde Domino spielen. Es gibt einen geteilten Pool. Tolle Unterkunft wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Cómodo, equipado, buenos A/C, patio grande, buena piscina. Anfitrión atento y el ayudante muy amable y dispuesto.

Gabriel resolvió todas nuestras necesidades, hubo una comunicación fluída con él y con las personas a cargo del mantenimiento. Una hermosa casa!!

House was great for large family and free of mosquitoes which is no Easy task in such lush vegetation. The pool and outdoor kitchen were the highlights of house. Lots of fans The bedrooms had lots of configuration and each with their own bathroom. The Queen queens rooms were the nicest. One with separate sitting area and large shower and the other which extra large bathroom with 2 sinks. The Master with the King was probably the smallest bathroom in house and had no wifi so no TV. There is an area to work in livingroom , but if you need to do any private phone calls, you won’t be able to work in Master without data The hosts were responsive to few technical issues with wifi and as we rented for 7 nights there was midweek clean included. There were lots of kitchen supplies although some pans could use replacing and the greka has seen better days. But the coffee shop at entrance is great for lattes and homemade bread and croissants
