Villa holiday rentals in San Pedro del Pinatar

We had a really great time at the place and especially enjoyed the pool and roof terrace. In the morning you could eat very well at the table outside and then relax on the loungers by the pool. Unfortunately, our pool had no sun in the afternoon at this time of year. But then we usually sat on the roof terrace. You can walk well to the beach. However, you should plan about a half hour walk here. For questions, I was always answered immediately on AirBnB, but unfortunately we did not have Wi-Fi because we cannot decipher the password on the note (unfortunately we could not be helped here via Airbnb). In summary, I can only recommend this place. For a quiet time with family or even friends. I'd love to come back!!

We had a great time as a group of friends at the place. The pictures are accurate and we had a blast playing tennis, ping pong, and swimming in the pool. Fini was very responsive in case of questions. The location is a bit far from grocery stores (10-15 minutes walk) which can be difficult without a car in hot days. Highly recommended to rent cars (it's not expensive) as Uber or taxi is difficult to find. Car rental was cheaper than paying one way Uber from airport for us. A suggestion for the host: there were two rooms with bunk beds and 4 rooms with queen beds. It would be much more pleasant to have two single beds or queen beds instead of the bunk beds. Especially for the group of friends that are multiple couples.

A nice stay at this villa, well equipped, the comfortable beds and we enjoyed the private pool and barbecue available. We'll be back, thank you

Fabulous location, fantastic pool area, spotlessly clean

An incredible home, modern but with personality, nestled in a very special place. It's definitely worth it. In addition, the heated pool is a luxury. The area we did not know it and we loved it, especially the beaches closest to the house. Highly recommended.

Booked this very last minute. I have had a few nightmare stays at other properties so was very apprehensive on arrival. Didn’t need to worry - Villa was exactly as photos show! Clean, no clutter and what a stunning bathroom (both were well done but the actual bathroom I wish I could take home along with the view). All blinds work and that made it easy for my children to get a proper nights sleep. There are supermarkets, restaurants and bars within walking distance and the beach we walked in around 40 minutes. Transfer from airport is quick and easy - a taxi straight from the airport cost €20 for 5 people - would probably be cheaper if pre booked! We will definitely be back.

The villa has all the luxury of details. We will definitely repeat. Very quiet area, a stone's throw from the beach, the saltwater heated pool is a winner. Jesus provided us with information to make our stay more enjoyable. A 10/10 house!!

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and Pavo was a wonderful host. He contacted me in the week before we arrived to check our flight times and answer any questions. He was very flexible with our check-in time and met us at the villa to give us a tour. The villa is even better than the photos and description. So peaceful, very clean, and had everything we needed. We requested that the pool be heated and it was a lovely temperature which meant the children spent a lot of time in it. I would really recommend this villa. Thank you Pavo and team!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The location is fantastic – both convenient and peaceful – with absolutely stunning views from morning to night. The swimming pool was a real highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The house has a lovely old-style charm. It’s simple but very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The owner was absolutely lovely – super nice, helpful, and very easy to reach whenever we had a question. It made our stay even more pleasant. . We truly enjoyed our time here !

Stian is a great host. He was very responsive to my messages both before and during the stay. The villa is beautiful and is actually even nicer than the photos! We would not hesitate to stay here again!

A beautiful house on the first row by the sea with a fantastic beach. Next door there is a small beach bar and a small shop within walking distance. We often took the bus that runs every half hour. So we were able to discover the 20 km long strip of la Manga well without a rental car. We will definitely be back!

This house is so perfect, modern, clean, has everything you need, and a private pool! Very close to the beach and restaurants - great location.

This is a resort like home and well worth the amount paid. The process of booking, checking in and checking out was easy and straightforward. Enrique was always available to assist in any manner and did so in a professional and pleasant way. I recommend this villa highly. We had two groups in other villas not a part of this property and this was by far the most enjoyable.

Beautiful house. Very close to super markets for home cooking in a lovely kitchen or easily walkable into the centre of San Javier or down to the beach in Santiago de la Ribera.

Fell in love with the pool area and a house with a family spirit. Salvador has always been extremely kind and attentive to make the stay enjoyable. The air-conditioned rooms are very comfortable and the different spaces make it possible to adapt family life to the atmospheres and the weather. A very happy stay for all of us!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Andrea’s Villa. Andrea was super helpful and always available - before arrival and throughout our stay. A great host! The outdoor space and pool were perfect for us. The Villa was clean with everything you need. It really was a great holiday for us! Mar Menor resort is safe, quiet with facilities such as padel and gym available to use. Cannot recommend more. We will return when next in Murcia. Thanks!
