Detached three-story building, very good location, small yard in front of the door for parking.The room is very spacious, the bed is large, the quilt is comfortable, and each room has a private bathroom and shower.Suitable for multi-person travel and living.It would be perfect if the living room on the first floor had air conditioning.The host responded promptly, a very satisfying stay.

I stayed comfortably for a month. The house was clean, and there was no inconvenience in the kitchen to cook food.And it was really nice that you replaced the bedding once a week and provided a cleaning service. If you say you're uncomfortable, you corrected it right away. Thank you.

A great location and nice hosts. Bars and restaurants are easily walkable and communication was great. Definitely recommend!

We have stayed a number of times in this splendid oasis of greenery and comfort . We are completely safe and at home here, with all the kitchen amenities you could need, a huge living space , an outdoor palapa I convert to a painting studio and maybe the best salt water, deep, beautifully landscaped pool we ever got to use. I cannot recommend this jewel of a place higher or its remarkably generous and thoughtful hosts. The gardener’s work or the neighbouring cabin’s occupant ( a mirror of ours across a lotus pond) will sometimes be audible but it’s very peaceful. San Kampaeng and Bo Sang are enough for us (we rent a scooter), and having some Thai language certainly helps but it’s honestly such a relief to get away from the tourist centric stuff and be in normal Thai culture , with real food and the price locals pay. Getting to buy fresh locally grown fruit and veg is pure heaven, the flavours are so much better than what we get at home. We count on coming back to stay again.

A wonderful stay! The accommodation was clean, quiet, and perfect for families. The owner takes excellent care of the place, and everything looked just like the photos. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others. If we have the chance to return, we would gladly stay here again.

Lovely room and pool! staff were lovely and cafe was convenient by the pool. Unfortunately had very noisy people upstairs but otherwise was great. Grand Canyon Waterpark basically across the road and a 7/11 roughly 20/25 min walk but otherwise need taxis to get around.

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

Brilliant stay

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our host, Lalin, and share our experience here. This was actually my second stay in this stunning and artistically designed villa. The community surrounding it was just as tranquil and peaceful as when I visited last time. Originally, we had planned to stay for six nights, but unfortunately, we encountered a rather serious flooding situation that compelled us to move to a different area. Couldn't stay here longer . The host, Lalin, proactively communicated with me to alter the reservation and suggested checking out a few days earlier. If it hadn't been for her timely intervention, I would have been trapped in the flooding and unable to make it to the airport (as taxis were unable to access the area on the following day). Lalin recommended another area in location unaffected by the flooding, and as a result, everything went incredibly smoothly. I am immensely grateful for her assistance and would highly recommend her as a host.

Quite place with everything we needed. Nice with access to pool, welll equipped kitchen, free water, Netflix and free bikes for use. Very good attention by the owner as well.

Our stay at Youdin Kindee was the best we had in Thailand, so far. The wonderful host, Ranee and her son Titan, as well as Jo the smiley house keeper made us feel right at home from the first moment. They were super friendly, helpful and just lovely people in general. The art and adobe buildings are beautiful and inspiring, as is the amazing surrounding view. The children learned to fish, feed the animals and were free to roam the grounds and play, swim in the pool and just enjoy. Lastly, Youdin Kindee was a wonderful place for a much needed rest and healing time from Chiang Mai city. We appreciate the farm so much! And will forever cherish our experience there. Probably a special fate for us to stay at Moon and Hank's country cottage, which was the biggest highlight of this trip.Self hire car drives past, very good find with clear signage.After going in, it is like a cottage in Tao Yuan Ming Poetry, and I think the scene in Taohua is no more.Clean kitchen and bathroom with a cozy bedroom as well as beds. Moon prepares a super hearty Asian breakfast every morning and comes over from time to time to show us the spices from the yard, the seeded fruit as well as the super big snails in the pond.Moon and family also took us to a Bushkund event in the opposite temple, which was a special experience.For leaving, very reluctant, I hope to have the opportunity to stay here next time and experience the most relaxing and comfortable Chiang Mai life.May Moon and Hank be safe and happy and trust we will see you again. There is a large cafe right next to the accommodation that stays open until late at night, and there is also a barbecue restaurant, so it is very convenient. You can go to Old Town, Bancang Wat for 60 baht by taxi. Facilities And the best thing is the 24-hour swimming pool. When everyone is asleep in the middle of the night, when the sun is down, if you swim at that time with only subtle lighting, it's really emotional. It was a very good experience ~

Very quiet and safe place to stay. The security guard was very strict about safety issues every late night when we got back to house by taking online-cars. The host is very helpful on everything and quick replying for our questions. The entire room is clean and nice condition. The distance to 7-11 and Big C mini is walkable. And not too far away from each places we wanted to visit in Chiang Mai. We will definitely choose staying here again in the future.

Amazing loft in a quiet area of Chiang Mai without being too far from the city and near to Doi Suthep National Park. Sujitra and Kasper are great hosts, friendly, proactives and reactives. We had absolutely everything we need, it was stylish, luminous, clean and confortable. We had a really good rest during our week stay because we slept too well and relaxed too much on the balcony each morning. We definitely recommend Sujitra's place for a stay in Chiang Mai.

Me and my mom absolutely loved our stay at this house! The host, Paul, was incredibly helpful and showed great hospitality throughout our visit. The house itself is in a fantastic location — within walking distance to the old town, great local restaurants (including a Michelin-star spot Paul recommended), and nearby convenience stores. The home was spotlessly clean, fully furnished, and well-stocked with kitchen essentials, making it super comfortable and convenient. Paul’s local recommendations really made the experience extra special. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chiang Mai, and I’d definitely stay here again!

The guest house was very comfortable, clean and well set up. The hosts were friendly and helpful. I slept very well in the comfortable bed in the air conditioned bedroom, waking to birdsong from the garden and nearby trees. The house is in a peaceful, rural setting but quick and easy to reach by taxi, motorbike or car from Chiang Mai. There is a nice walk to the nearby village, passing a riding stables and farmland. I much enjoyed my short stay here.
