Holiday rentals with a patio in San Pietro in Bevagna

We had a very nice stay!! In our case, we were attended by Stefano, who was always attentive and willing to help us very kindly. The apartment has everything that is detailed in the publication and is a few minutes walk through a beautiful area. The facilities for three people are great, we are tall people and the place was very comfortable. We highly recommend this place!

It was such a pleasure to spend a few days at this hidden gem, hosted by Emanuele, his wife Laura, sister Giulia, and parents Simonetta and Tomasso, all of whom made us feel right at home. We were spoiled by the daily breakfasts they prepared, and Emanuele provided many great local recommendations for us. The pool and surroundings are so peaceful, and the room was very comfortable. We could not have asked for a better place to explore Salento from, or for more generous and welcoming hosts!

Perfect stay right near the beach that felt like home! This property has super comfortable beds, nice linens and many little things that made for a very relaxing stay. We thought we’d visit a number of the villages in the area, but found ourselves just wanting to relax at the house and on the local beaches instead. If we come back to the area, we are 100% staying here again. Also, although there are good restaurants in town, cooking was easy bc there’s a BBQ on the patio, lots of spices and pots/pans to cook with and plenty of plates/cups/glasses/etc. It’s a well stocked kitchen - much more so than many other places I’ve stayed. If you’re thinking about this place, stop looking at other options and book it. You won’t regret your decision. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

We stayed 3 nights at Ferderica's aparment in the late October. Apartament is comfortable, has all basic appliances and nice tarrace. Federica and her parents (Molto Grazie) were always available in case of questions and very helpful when small problems appeared.

Really pleasant stay in Sonia's studio apartment. Quiet place, away from the chaos of the center. Free parking outside the property. New everything, very nice and clean. Sonia met all our requests (bed linen/bath towels and beach towels all new!). A small issue was resolved immediately. Sonia is always available and responds immediately to both calls and messages. Excellent base for touring Salento and discovering the best beaches. Thank you Sonia

Very clean accommodation, very quiet, but it should be noted that we had no neighbors above. The terrace overlooking the garden is lovely.

We had an amazing time at Ugo’s place. The apartment has everything you need, including a washing machine. Location is great, close to the beach. The owner is very friendly, easy to communicate with and waited for us at the gate for check-in. I would highly recommend!

The house is at the border of Castro on the litorale, surrounded by olive trees. It is very private and spacious. The view is amazing. The sea and restaurants are within walking distance. The house has everything and is extremely spacious, we really liked it. Ornella and her husband are very kind and very helpful, they even picked us up from the supermarket. We would definetly recommend it!

We returned to Silvia's after many years, and we found the atmosphere we remembered. The house is located in a very quiet area, the large terrace priceless for lunch or rest, always ventilated and fresh, the beautiful beach is within walking distance and the village of Maruggio a short distance away offers all the necessary services. Silvia is a wonderful and welcoming person, and we thank her for her generous availability.

Really beautiful apartment in a lovely town. Alessandro and the team were super communicative and friendly. The apartment has everything you could need including things like a parasol and hairdryer which we used nearly every day. It is also really tastefully furnished with loads of antiques. We loved the secret staircase to the roof terrace which was a lovely surprise. We also really liked that the air conditioning is really effective. They provided lots of bottled water which was really nice to have when we arrived. They also gave us lots of good restaurant/bar/beach recommendations which were again really useful. We’d recommend the AirBnb to anyone and we’d like to come again ourselves!

The place was super clean and modern. If you are looking for privacy, this is the place to be. The property is very rural, so a rental car is recommended for various activities!! Gabriele was a super helpful and friendly host. The highlight was the private pool with huge garden and complete privacy. We would always come back here. Thanks to Gabriele and his family.

Great stay at Jacopo’s! Pros: Location close to train station & next to city center. Bed was comfortable. Spacious & modernized flat. Nice bathroom with big walk in shower. Washing machine available. Small outdoor area with foliage. Quiet street, slept well there.

We had a wonderful stay in this tastefully renovated apartment! The quiet location was perfect for relaxation and recreation. The furnishings left nothing to be desired - we immediately felt at home. The warm welcome by Giusy on site enriched our stay and she was always approachable for us. The apartment is an ideal starting point to explore the surroundings with the rental car and the nearby beaches are fantastically beautiful. Fantastic stay in nice part of Lecce within walking distance of the city center. Also perfect as a base for the Salento. Be sure to have a coffee at one of the authentic stalls in the street and don't forget to eat Pizza at Rosetta's. We will definitely come back.

A weekend of absolute relaxation on the occasion of a beautiful event full of flowers in Leverano. A delightful apartment, very clean and equipped with everything, awaited us a few steps from the historic center. The outdoor garden then... a wonderful surprise and having breakfast there, among the plants and in absolute silence, was very pleasant. Antonella, even at a distance, was a discreet, kind and very friendly presence. Too short to fully appreciate all the wonder of these places. Thank you See you soon

We were guests of Maria Teresa, we immediately felt comfortable, the apartment is a real "gem" and the hospitality is excellent, the host always considerate towards us giving us excellent advice on the area. We had a problem with the car and she helped us solve it. Too bad the weather was a little bad. We will gladly come back. Heartfelt thanks and hugs.

Roberta's apartment is conveniently located a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Lecce. Large, well appointed, well-equipped, with a beautiful terrace the apartment is peaceful day and night. Access with an elevator to the 6th floor is ideal. The neighborhood is ideal for parking your car, shopping at the Conad supermarket 200m away, and a bakery 100m away. Lecce is a very beautiful city and an ideal base for discovering Salento. I recommend the apartment and Roberta for her hospitality and good advice.

Wonderful location! Everything worth seeing in Lecce is walking distance. Sarita went over and above to make us feel at home. It can be loud out night but it didn’t bother us too much

Fantastic stay. Warm welcome with extensive tips on what to do in the area. Apartment was very neat and well equipped with stuff to make a meal yourself. Swimming pool very clean and a very nice view over the area. Breakfast was very good; huge variety of savory and sweet foods. Stay highly recommended.
