Condo holiday rentals in San Polo, Venice

Cristina’s place was perfect and was exactly as described in the listing. Early checkin was appreciated. We were met by Marta, she was friendly and showed us through the apartment and gave us recommendations on where to eat and things to do. We loved that the location was central and walkable. The apartment was very clean & comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

This was one of the nicest Airbnb’s I have stayed in. It was spacious, clean and the bathroom and kitchen area had modern fixtures. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Nicolo left a variety of snacks and drinks which were very much appreciated. The location is very convenient to the popular sightseeing locations, yet it is in a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend renting this apartment to anyone.

We loved our stay at Martina’s place. We loved how she warmly greeted us at the start of our stay and was able go provide to provide recommendations and also answer our questions. It was very close to many delicious restaurants and also the public water transportation. We loved the location- only a short walk to many popular tourist spots but felt far enough away from the hustle and bustle and felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again if ever visiting Venice. Thanks again!

Wonderful apartment that’s close to everything. The apartment was even better in person than the photos. Fit our family of four easily. Everyone loved it. The host was incredibly helpful and arranged pick up and drop off service for us making it so easy to get all our luggage in and out from the train station and again to the airport when leaving. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Loved our stay here. We felt like we were walking distance from everything in Venice as long as you’re willing to walk 10-15 minutes. Be aware of bringing a lot of suitcases because there are a lot of stairs to get around the city

We had a truly lovely stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Pietro and Caterina were warm, welcoming, and very responsive hosts who went above and beyond to make us feel at home, offering great recommendations for local food and activities. The location was ideal—peaceful yet close to everything we needed. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space. Highly recommended—we hope to return!

Absolutely amazing property! Outside of the main tourist areas, so much more peaceful in the afternoons and mornings. Much more of a relaxed vibe and able to stroll throughout the day. The condo itself was in a perfect spot: directly beside a supermarket, restaurants and Murano Museo water taxi stop. This makes transportation easy to get back and forth from the main ports at Venice. The host also gave great directions on how to get to the unit with which lines to take, so make sure you ask if you’re having difficulty. They were extremely responsive and quick to help. The inside of the condo was beautiful itself and had all the necessities such as cooking utensils, pots, pans and most importantly coffee machine. I would highly recommend Murano Suites to anyone wanting a leisurely stay!

What an amazing location! Right on the canal! We cannot wait to come back to Venice and stay here. Walkable, quiet, clean. Beautifully designed apartment. So impressed. Thank you Fra and thanks to your mom for the lovely welcome :)

Erika was very helpful during our stay! She met us at the boat station and walked us to the apartment where she gave us instructions for our stay and recommendations of things to do and places to eat in Venice. The place was beautiful and more than enough space for myself and two other girls. The location was perfect and we had a lovely stay.

It was fantastic—a true gem right in the center of Venice. From there, everywhere we wanted to go was just about 18 minutes away. It was easy to find, and Nicola and Francesca were excellent hosts. Nicola proactively provided us with a list of local recommendations and detailed instructions on how to get from Marco Polo Airport to Venice. I'm keeping this place as a favorite and look forward to enjoying the apartment again the next time I decide to visit Venice (hopefully soon!).

Nico's place is simply perfect. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. 10/10. The location is quiet and peaceful, but very close to some fantastic restaurants and only a five minute walk to Piazza San Marco. It is next to a picturesque canal, with gondalas passing occasionally by the windows. Nico was extremely helpful in providing recommendations for places to eat and to visit. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome, providing everything we needed. The apartment itself was very clean, tidy and plenty spacious enough. Everything just works; the bed was very comfortable. Access and check-out was very straight-forward, and we wanted for nothing. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Nico's place again.

Watersdoor was the highlight of our Italian honeymoon! At the start of our stay, Maria and her daughter were very friendly and greeted us to show us the way to the condo. Upon our arrival, the candles, mini bottle of champagne, and rose petals were such nice touches. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, and has all that you need for a stay in Venice. The washer/dryer came in handy as well! Maria provided excellent recommendations (e.g., restaurants, transportation suggestions, sights, special events in the area, etc.) throughout our trip. Maria made our honeymoon a memorable experience and we are very grateful!!

Would highly recommend this apartment! Close enough to all the sites that you can easily pop back for things during the day but in a lovely quiet area close to the parks and Arsenale. Stefania was a fantastic host, very communicative before and during our stay. Check in was very straight forward and she gave so many great recommendations for restaurants and information about getting to the apartment. We had an amazing stay, thank you! ☺️☺️

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! It was a very nice holiday. Parterre was great for our Sup's. There was everything you needed. However, placemats for the glass table are highly recommended. The beds were very comfortable. Friendly neighbors and everything within walking distance. Very quiet and pleasant. We will be happy to come back.

The entire building as well as the apartment look very modern and high-quality. We felt completely comfortable in the apartment. Especially the beautiful, well-equipped kitchen made cooking a pleasure. A real highlight was the spacious balcony with a comfortable seating area, ideal for enjoying the evening with a glass of wine. The facility left nothing to be desired. Since the cleanliness on the beach unfortunately did not convince us, we were all the more grateful for the well-maintained pool and whirlpool area, which we used extensively. The pools were always clean and offered a great alternative to the beach. Overall, it was a very nice stay, which we would gladly recommend. Thank you, Matteo!

We had a wonderful vacation. The apartment is magnificent, the terrace simply great, the view is awesome. We immediately felt at home. Ugo and Graziella are very friendly and warm hosts, who are very attentive to their guests. The apartment is well equipped, it was also ideal for our little daughter (high chair, crib,...) Ugo was always available, even at night, when we had a false alarm in the stairwell and panicked quite a bit. The way to the beach is not far, and we also found the pool great for cooling off. Numerous shops (including grocery stores and bakeries) and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Thank you for this beautiful week of VACATION!!! I can highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Jesolo!

Halli Hello, in winter Very quiet location, in summer I can imagine great area, not far from beach. Venice can be reached in 30 minutes by vaporetto, nice route for photography😊. Accommodation fully equipped with everything you could need (kitchen utensils, bathroom, extra blankets) etc. Pleasant and quick written contact. We were very satisfied overall and would recommend it. ☺️👍
