Welcome to our home! From the window of the living room you can sit back and relax after a full day out in the city. The sightseeing continues as silent gondolas slowly pass before your eyes while amazed travelers take photograph from a bridge of a vibrant field one of the widest lagoons in the city. All the comforts of home: wireless internet and satellite TV, private heating and air conditioning, new and comfortable bathroom with big shower and whirlpool , a separate and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. We really love this neighborhood, close to the Ca' Pesaro museum, Palazzo Mocenigo, Basilica dei Frari, Scuola Grande di S. Giovanni Evanglista, the Palazzeto Bru Zane, and the Campo S. Giacomo dell'Orio with its many grocery shops, traditional restaurants and wine bars. Moreover, it is very convenient to get off the ferry in San Stae (with Alilaguna it you can arrive directly from Venice airport, without any bridge). We are waiting for you!

In the center of Venice, so you can live like a real Venetian. A stone's throw from the Rialto bridge, the famous market, and a few minutes from Piazza San Marco, the Basilica dei Frari, near the vaporetto stop, and convenient for exploring the city and working remotely. Upon request, in the case of only two guests, and with a minimum of two weeks' notice, guests may sleep in separate rooms. This option requires an additional payment of €20 for laundry costs. The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.
