Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in San Polo, Venice

We had a fabulous stay in Venice! The apartment is in an amazing location and we loved the terrace overlooking the canal! The space is perfect for 2 couples, with large bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. Rita sent very detailed access instructions and organised water taxis for us which we really appreciated. Highly recommended 😊

The apartment is just like the pictures, easy to find with her directions from the water bus stop. Very large and spacious, great amenities in the home. Very clear instruction book left, and was great for recommendations. She was able to book us a gondola ride that was very peaceful and tranquil, and she also helped us with a water taxi back to the airport. Unfortunately, due to the London Heathrow fire, we ended up taking a train to Rome to be able to fly out. Would definitely recommend and stay here again the next time that I’m in Venice.

In addition to the apartment being spotless, newly refurbished, comfortable size, comfortable... and the list goes on... what we appreciated most was early checkin (all we had asked for was early luggage drop) including a host personally going through the particulars of the unit and the area. Very much hoping our travels return us to Venice someday and we will surely hope for availability at Rinaldi Suite 1602!

We absolutely loved Morena’s apartment. If we come back to Venice we will be staying there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Francesca’s apartment. The location is fabulous - just a few minutes walk to a vaporetto station on two major lines. The unit was perfect for two of us. Francesca allowed us to get into the unit early and provided a lot of helpful information and tips - she was a fabulous host!

Francesco’s place is a perfect gem! It was only a few minutes to walk from the train station and located in “real Venice.” The shops and eateries he recommended were clearly favorites of the locals. Don’t worry, it is just 15 minutes to walk to the top tourist destinations. At Francesco’s you are safe and comfortable away from the pickpockets and chain stores. Enjoying a cappuccino on the balcony each morning was inspiring. My family of four felt welcomed and happy. The apartment was more beautiful than promised. Communication was always clear and kind. We could tell he wanted us to enjoy Venice as much as he does. Check-in and out was easy. We were lucky to find such a sparkling gem in beautiful Venice! Thank you Francesco and staff.

We really like the house, a designer place. All the details made with thought and it’s not a common apartment - in Venice is hard to find these kind of designer places. Gets slightly dark, less light in the house but we also liked that. Neighborhood is amazing! Far from the loud crowd yet close to walking distance everywhere.

This was my favorite spot on our Europe trip this summer. Thoughtful details great spot to unwind after hours of walking in Venice.. the location is great and walkable to so much Venice has to offer.. Around the corner there are some great restaurants and wine bars that Host recommended. Sara was fast in responding and a great host! We will definitely come back and stay!

A lovely little flat close enough to the tourist attractions to pop home for lunch, but far enough away to be quiet. Massimo was very helpful throughout our stay.

Pamela’s Airbnb was perfect for our mother-daughter trip to Venice! The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from charming cafes, beautiful canals, and all the sights we wanted to explore. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and felt incredibly safe and welcoming. Pamela was a kind and thoughtful host, ensuring we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again!

We really enjoyed this spot. Easy to find with a vaporetto stop very close by. As a family of 5, we had plenty of space. The place was easy to find. Restaurants are close by but also easy to walk to everything. Host was quick to respond and answer questions. Check in was smooth - just text upon landing and they will meet you. We enjoyed this area and would stay again.

Wonderfully quiet and quaint spot in Venice! Easy to walk to all the sites and loved being right on the water with access to the water buses and airport shuttle. The space itself is so lovely and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend!!

Our stay at Beatrice’s place was fantastic. The apartment was well-kept, cozy, and ideally located. Beatrice was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Venice was stunning, and having such a comfortable place to return to each day made the experience even better. Would absolutely recommend!

A wonderful place to stay for a Venice trip. We loved this peaceful neighborhood and the quirky, cozy attic apartment - an authentic Venetian experience. Angela the caretaker welcomed us warmly and Barbara sent very helpful instructions. We wish we were staying longer!

Our host Irene was very communicative and helpful in sharing ideas and helping us navigate to and from the apartment. The place was nice in great area. Irene also was available for questions and patient with things and explaining Venice. It is a well equipped place. And the help of arranging a taxi to and from the apartment worked very well in Venice.

Watersdoor was the highlight of our Italian honeymoon! At the start of our stay, Maria and her daughter were very friendly and greeted us to show us the way to the condo. Upon our arrival, the candles, mini bottle of champagne, and rose petals were such nice touches. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, and has all that you need for a stay in Venice. The washer/dryer came in handy as well! Maria provided excellent recommendations (e.g., restaurants, transportation suggestions, sights, special events in the area, etc.) throughout our trip. Maria made our honeymoon a memorable experience and we are very grateful!!

Stefania place is in quiet location just few minutes away from the best Venice attractions, perfectly renovated, we loved our stay there. Stefania was welcoming and always available providing great recommendations. Would choose again for next stay in Venice.

Had a fantastic stay at Lorenzo’s apartment. We appreciated the bunk bed room for kids, great air conditioning, and lovely balcony from the master bedroom. Neighborhood was fantastic too—convenient to everything but not in the thick of the tourist bustle. We would definitely return!

The property was away from the hustle and bustle of the massive tourist crowds. Situated on the island of Giudecca, It was remote, but very easy to get to wherever you want to go by using the Vaporetto. Property was beautifully stacked with snacks, drinks, maps and books. Everything you would need to make your stay so much easier and enjoyable.. We have stayed in VENICE six times found this place to be fantastic.

Silvia was the most helpful and responsive host I've ever had, and I've stayed at many Airbnb places. Her apartment was absolutely pristine - you could literally eat your dinner off the floor! - and so bright and airy. There was plenty of room, and lots of closet and storage space. The views were wonderful, and there was such a sense of spaciousness and light, which can be hard to find in Venice. AC was included and was very effective. Silvia sent us lots of recommendations for secret, untouristy spots known only to locals, which were all brilliant, and she was so quick to respond and so keen to go out of her way to help. The only tiny drawback is that there is no elevator and six flights of stairs, but it was the perfect excuse to work off that pasta! The Canareggio area of Venice is the least touristy and yet so close to everything - this really was the perfect place to stay. Highly recommend!
