We loved our one night stay in Andrea’s studio apartment. Andrea was responsive and flexible. The studio apartment is central and the double glazed windows made it quiet enough despite lots of revellers (it was festival time). The studio is tastefully decorated and has all the provisions that you need for a short stay. The washing machine is a bonus!

Lucio the host was very friendly, easy to communicate and accommodated all of our needs. He recommended us great places to eat, drink and points of interest to visit. If we ever needed anything, he was so quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who visits. Everything is walking distance. Thank you Lucio for your wonderful hospitality.

Wonderful place to stay in Pienza. Gorgeous little town in the rolling hills of Tuscany. Host is fantastic too. We had an issue with the front door that they were very quick to fix for us. Would highly recommend if you are going thru Tuscany!

Questo è un appartamento fantastico. Perfetto per due coppie. Luciana e Fabio sono persone molto cordiali e accoglienti. L'appartamento è molto ben attrezzato e arredato. Si trova in un'ottima posizione, vicino alla fortezza e a diversi ristoranti altamente consigliati. Ci siamo stati due volte e lo faremo di nuovo.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Sohn fand die Tiere (Katzen, Hühner, Truthahn, Hasen, Hunde) besonders spannend und wir durften sogar die Hundewelpen streicheln. Auch die Schaukel und Rutschen waren super für ihn. Insgesamt war die Ausstattung der Unterkunft sehr umfangreich und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir konnten sogar unsere Wäsche waschen.

I can’t say enough about our hosts! They were communicative from start to finish and our experience would not have been the same without them. Our favorite part was doing the cooking class and having dinner with them and their family.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was super comfortable, and I really appreciated touches like fresh towels and the equipped kitchen. Our host Roberto was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. He made check-in seamless. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. Stupendo b/b immerso nella colline senesi. L'appartamento per 4 persone era pulito e in ordine con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. L'area esterna è incantevole: viti, piante stupende e giardino curato. La piscina a sfioro - con vista - è sicuramente il punto forte: davvero impagabile la vista. L'host è stato cortese e disponibile anche a fronte di qualche inconveniente che si è verificato durante la permanenza. Uniche note negative: check in non disagevole. Al nostro arrivo, la chiave inserita nella key box era quella del monocale e non del nostro appartamento. Ergo, abbiamo dovuto contattare la responsabile e attendere l'arrivo - dopo 15 minuti circa - della domestica che ci ha fornito la chiave corretta. L'appartamento era pulito eccetto la presenza, vicino al lavabo, di molte formiche morte. Il lavabo era intasato e, pertanto abbiamo segnalato alla domestica che è intervenuta per sbloccare. Nel complesso, comunque, posto davvero bello che merita la visita.

Genuinely a secret little heaven, I cant recommend staying here more! Monticchiello is so beautiful and peaceful and their place is just perfect! I can’t wait to hopefully return one day!!

My friend and I fell in love with Pienza and the surrounding areas. This accommodation was perfect for what we needed and Alessandro was lovely to deal with.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in Monticchiello verbracht. Der Ort ist zu Fuß zu erreichen und es gibt nette Restaurants und sogar einen kleinen Supermarkt in der Nähe. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man so braucht im Urlaub. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf die Serpentinenstraße ist sehr schön. Mit Paola war die Kommunikation sehr angenehm.

We really enjoyed our stay at this really unique accommodation. It is located in a medieval village, high on a hill. The apartment is compact, but has everything you need. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Malgorzata was a great host and very responsive when we had questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Luca’s apartment overlooking the piazza was absolutely perfect! There were reviews about it being loud but honestly we were so tired every night from enjoying the beauty of Florence that I didn’t even notice any noise. The location couldn’t have been any better & it was a perfect space for my husband and I. Thank you Luca!!

Difficile de trouver les mots pour décrire l’expérience de dormir dans cet appartement. Une fresque du 17e siècle embellit les murs et le plafond, c’est comme dormir dans un musée. J’avais loué l’appartement pour faire une surprise à ma femme, elle était stupéfaite ! Je recommande grandement.

Nous avons été ravie de cet appartement très bien placé à Florence qui est une ville merveilleuse, il est situé très proche du fameux Ponte Vecchio Et nous nous sommes régalé grâce à la gastronomie Florentine. Nous recommandons vivement cette location

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Wygodny choć nieco staromodny apartament w spokojnej okolicy, wokół dużo zieleni i piękny widok z okna. Duży i zadbany basen z przestrzenią do odpoczynku. Dobre miejsce na relaks po zwiedzaniu Sieny i okolic.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
