Monthly Rentals in San Roman

We went on a family trip with small children. The house is very large, spacious and very very nice, almost new. The kitchen is beautiful, super-equipped, and the rooms are comfortable. The best thing was the dock and using the private beach, everyone enjoyed it a lot, from children to adults... There were some pipe issues but when they were reported, they were quickly resolved. Ana helped us during our stay with cleaning and support in the kitchen and it was a plus. The area is very quiet and the road to the property is very good. The house is more beautiful than what you see in the photos.

The cabin meets all the characteristics. It is perfect for couples to enjoy some time away from the noise of the city. The cabin had all the necessary cooking utensils. The only problem we had was with the air conditioning since the electricity was not very stable, but Mildred was always attentive. We would definitely come back again since the place is totally perfect, you have absolutely everything nearby and the cabin is super equipped!

Lucrecia’s apartment is a good alternative to Flores for tourists looking to visit Tikal. El Remate is a small town on the way between Flores and Tikal, so all tour buses pass through the main road, which can save you about 30 minutes in travel time (and sleep!) compared to staying in Flores. Lucrecia was very responsive and helpful in arranging taxi transfer from Flores and the Tikal tour. The apartment is beautifully located right on the lake and next to the Biotopo Cerro Cahui, which we unfortunately didn’t have enough time to visit. The house itself is clean, private and comfortable, including a-c and hammocks. Definitely recommended!

Thank you Rudy, Enma and caretaker Francisco for being excellent and friendly hosts. Truly delighted to have stayed with friends and enjoy all amenities. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a pristine cabaña and enjoy the private beach.
