Holiday rentals with a patio in San Sai Luang

this booking was true and accurate to the descriptions and photos provided on airbnb. with 7/11 across the road and a main shopping centre less than 5 mins walk it was perfect for our stay. The hosts for this condo were exceptional, I had only one issue in the nine days and It was responded to and addressed within 5 mins. Thankyou and I will be sure to inquire about staying here again when visiting Chiang Mai

There is an infinity pool and gym on the top floor of the apartment, 711 is opposite, which solves daily needs, it is also convenient to take a taxi from the first floor, you can walk to the ancient city and Chiang Mai Night Market, the landlord Lulu and Brother Rou are very considerate, they are very responsive!Nice stay here!

Stayed 2 weeks in Jen’s place and it was incredibly amazing! In just a few minutes, you’ll reach the airport or old city town. Easy access to food and laundry. Jen and Joe are very responsive hosts as well! It was a bit hazy at chiang mai and they even sent us an air humidifier. This place is highly recommended as it got everything you need. Noey’s house was amazing! We wish we could have stayed longer. Probably one of my favorite Airbnb‘s we’ve stayed at. A lot of privacy yet still close to everything. The pool was amazing and she even arranged for us to get a ride back to the airport. Would 10 /10 recommend and stay here again

The location was perfect — tucked away in a quiet alley, yet only a short walk from all the amazing temples, cafes, and night markets. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, comfy bed, and little touches like fresh bottled water and local recommendations. Our host was super responsive and friendly, offering great tips for exploring the Old City and arranging airport pickup. Waking up to birdsong and having coffee on the balcony made our mornings feel magical. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Chiang Mai and want a peaceful, authentic experience with all the modern comforts. We’ll definitely be back!

Stayed at Hong's place for 5 nights, super super responsive host that also gave us some great local food recommendations :) A little more mosquitoes this time round bcos of the rainy season, but it wasn't an issue if you stay indoors! Plus the airbnb was well equipped with all kinda of mosquito repellent/swatter/spray etc :")) A great location to stay at, easy to get around with the Bolt/Grab app! The inside of the house is really tidy!! There are also groceries such as trash bags, foil, wrap, oil, salt, etc. in the kitchen. And it was originally supposed to be a check-out at 11: 00, but I told them about the train schedule, and they postponed the check-out time. I had a good stay with🥺🥺 the kind host for about 20 days!!

Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

It was a very nice stay at Natty's apartment. The apartment was large, spacious and quite clean. Furthermore, you really can't complain about the price and you can also tolerate compromises very well. For example, the shower door doesn't close completely and then the water runs out, or the table has a few quirks. But on the whole, also in terms of the price. I am very satisfied with the few nights I was able to spend in Chiang Mai.

Love the place, Garden and swimming pool view

We really enjoyed staying here for over two weeks. The condo is spacious and the facility has incredible amenities, including several huge pools (one has a slide), a fitness center, a music room, and even a Lego room. Walking to restaurants and shops at Central Festival mall was very convenient, as were pickups and deliveries. The hosts were incredibly responsive throughout our stay. We arrived during a smoky season in Chiang Mai. When I asked if an air purifier was available, the host purchased a brand-new purifier and delivered it to us. I am so grateful that we had pure air for our entire stay. All in all, I highly recommend this unit.

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including laundry detergent, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was also clean, and we were very satisfied overall.
