We had an amazing stay at this place, we really enjoyed the heated pool. The house is huge and has everything you need. There was a coffee maker, coffee, BBQ charcoal, clean bath and pool towels, and cleaning supplies available. the host was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. We had a great stay, the house was very clean and Jose was such a lovely guy. He was always contactable. He gave us lots of recommendations on things to do and places to visit which we did and throughly enjoyed them all. The pool was beautiful and our kids really enjoyed it. Check in and out was flexible which was excellent.

We were very comfortable in the accommodation. The house was impeccable, it had everything, towels, the kitchen was equipped with all the utensils, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had shampoo and gel. The truth is we rested and Magda was very kind.

Rosa was charming to us at all times. She's a great host. The house is very well maintained and is very large. It has everything that is described and is very comfortable for the Sella descent or if you want to do sightseeing in the area. We will definitely be back :)

We spent a very relaxing 9 nights at Jose’s place (family of 4 with 2 children). Very lush and peaceful surroundings, very clean and comfortable accommodation with a huge bath and seemingly endless hot water. The freshwater pool is fabulous and we had it to ourselves the majority of the time. Great base for exploring the caves and beaches of Cantabria. There are a lot of local non-touristy restaurants with delicious food & wine to enjoy too. Just check opening times. Jose is a perfect host. Not intrusive and always on hand if you need him. Highly recommended and hope to go back one day!

I think this is one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in and I’m not sure words can describe how amazing this place is. The view is just breathtaking and Jaime is incredibly friendly and helpful. You will also be surprised to see that the lovely animals greet you at your arrival on the first day. Their dog and cat are so friendly. It’s a heritage house full of history and family memories. Everything is just wonderful and I wish I could spent more time here.

There was nothing to complain about for us. A beautiful house in a quiet and better residential area. The central location to the beach and the town center is great. We received a lot of information from Maria in advance and everything went wonderfully at the reception. We were there for 2 weeks and since the weather was changeable, the big house was great. The garden with the old trees provides shade and the evening sun is beautiful for a sundowner. Our dog also felt very comfortable on the fully fenced grounds. So if you want to stay in this corner with a dog - or children, because the basement is full of children's toys - this is the right place. Thank you, dear Maria, for letting us stay in your house.

Very nice and secluded small cottage, very quiet and private. We stayed just over a week - while small it has everything you need. Excellent base for the northern Picos and the coast, we did some great hikes! Would definitely recommend to nature lovers. Jose was very easy to reach and very accomodating with clear instructions and proactive attitude. In short, highly recommended!

The place, for a family with two children is fabulous. The views are incredible, and the urbanization is quiet and charming. From the terrace you can see the University of Comillas or Oyambre beach. You are next to the sequoias park and the A8 so you can move to other areas. The place is decorated simple, very comfortable and pleasant. Very well equipped. It's a place to repeat! The stay was wonderful. The apartment is exactly as in the photos (the bathroom is better than in the photo) and is very clean, it looks brand new, it is tastefully decorated and all top quality. Mari has been lovely from the beginning, very kind and attentive and recommending many things to do, the apartment is very close to Santander and several beaches and that is fantastic, in short a 10, we will repeat.

We had one of the most peaceful and heartwarming stays thanks to Lorena. Although we originally planned to visit several nearby places, we felt so comfortable and at peace that we chose to stay close and simply enjoy Garabandal and Pechón. The rainy weather didn’t matter at all because the calm, the beauty of the surroundings, and Lorena’s warm presence made everything feel special. Lorena was more than just a host, she was a wonderful guide and support throughout our stay. Always kind, attentive, and incredibly sweet with the children. Her hospitality went far beyond expectations, and thanks to her, the house felt like home. We love Nature. My entire family left asking when we could come back. We are deeply grateful for everything she did for us. More than the house itself, it was Lorena who made this experience unforgettable. We truly hope to return someday.

An amazing home, and even better than the pictures. It is well located, in a very quiet village. Problem, we weren't able to fully enjoy the space. Unfortunately the heating system broke down the first night and we had no heating or hot water, at a time when it still counts in Asturias. HOWEVER, Paloma was very responsive and did everything to help us out. We checked out after 2 nights and received a smooth refund. We'll get back to that.

Carmen and Sergio were wonderful hosts and have a well kept home that is perfect for a relaxing week by the beach, nearby hiking, as well as close to Santander to visit the city. We loved staying at their home and would recommend it others. They were responsive and helpful to solve some issues we had with the electricity - which we were very appreciative of.

The house is just perfect! Lovingly renovated and furnished to an absolutely high standard with many details. Breathtaking location on the slope with a view of the mountains to the south. The owners Carlos and Sara have thought of everything and were always available and helpful when needed. We would have liked to have stayed longer and plan to come back!

Beautiful accommodation with everything you need. We really enjoyed all 3 outdoor seating areas and always had a choice of whether to choose the view towards Potes (at night), or relax on the loungers with a view of the mountains, or the covered seating area if we wanted to avoid the direct sun. We really enjoyed our stay.

We spent 6 days at Maria's house and we loved it. Fully equipped to make you feel comfortable during your stay. Very quiet area. A few kilometers from the most tourist spots to visit in the area. I would definitely recommend it.

In one word; tranquility. Very quiet area, if you like silence, this is your place,, nature, peace... The house had everything you need, even a few details. A lot of light, everything clean and tidy, the ideal garden. The balcony area is beautiful and the views nice. The arrival and very easy access, I would happily repeat the same stay again.

This is a lovely apartment in the village of Las Arenas, with great access to the town and its restaurants, along with walks and local sites. The balcony is a rare find, and great for warm evenings.
