The structure reserves the right to assign rooms even different from those booked, but without any increase or decrease in price. The rooms will be available either in the Palazzo di Fazio or in other buildings managed or affiliated with us and always located in San Severo.

Located on the ground floor, this cozy apartment offers modern and functional rooms, ideal for both short and long-term stays. It consists of a bedroom, a bright living area with a smart TV and sofa bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. Close to convenient free parking, a covered garage is also available on request just 300–400 meters away, with a surcharge of €10 per day.
