Monthly Rentals in San Sisto

My family and I stayed at the villa for 4 days. Maria Laura welcomed us by showing us the house and recommending places to visit during the stay. She was welcoming and immediately available for any request. The house is beautiful, equipped with every comfort, clean and well heated. From the garden you can admire Monte Terminillo in all its glory. The area is well sheltered and quiet, ideal for a relaxing vacation. We felt right at home and hope to be back soon.

Unfortunately my stay was shorter than originally planned. Marco was very accommodating with my arrival and helpful. The apartment was great and I had a great night’s sleep! I would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

We spent a couple of weeks in this beautiful apartment a stone's throw away from stunning Todi. Franco, the very friendly owner, has transformed his childhood home tastefully into a spacious, cosy and immaculate guest house. The use of traditional Umbrian materials, the comfy beds, the chimney give the place a warm atmosphere which immediately makes you feel at home. We spent a lot of time in the large garden with picturesque views across the hilly landscape around Todi. The house is just below a provincial street which thankfully isn't very busy. It's a great base to explore large parts of Umbria, from Orvieto and Perugia to Trevi and Spoleto. Franco went out of his way to make our stay worthwhile - and he very much succeeded.

Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment, we stayed for five days and felt at home. It is in an excellent location to reach the main tourist places. We appreciated the reserved parking space. Definitely recommended.
