This property worked out well for 7 adults visiting for graduation. The living spaces were comfortable and spacious for gathering and talking. The outside space was shady and nice to enjoy the fresh air. Much nicer backyard than I expected to see in the dry climate. All furniture and appliances seemed brand new, and the place was nicely decorated. A smallish pool is not too far away, and beach towels were provided. Good quality hair dryers and extra towels were in each bathroom. We watched a little TV in the movie room and the screen was HUGE. Lots of restaurants very close by and ASU Poly campus was only 10 mins away.

Future guest, believe me when I say, the most attractive features (Over all the High Quality Visuals) are the hosts. Dalin & Mckenzie should be the Most 5 starred Air BNB host on earth. honestly the most attentive, warm, and accommodating host available in this App. Their kindness toward my family could not go unnoticed and it made our experience feel even more personal and memorable. Dalin and McKenzie are proof that “Happy people make people Happy” 🫶?

We absolutely loved our stay here and couldn’t recommend it more, it was the perfect place to spend time with friends lounging, cooking and enjoying the pool. Will definitely be back! The beds were so comfortable, we all felt right at home. 10/10!

Everything was like the description on the Airbnb ad. The house was clean and smelled like the cleaner had just left so that was a nice touch as well . All the rooms were clean and spotless. The master bathroom top tier and the other bathroom was nice as well .

The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was responsive, kind, and clearly cares about providing a great experience. I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my entire stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and relaxing getaway.

The property is absolutely beautiful, there are plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy my morning coffee, taking the views of the San Tan mountains. It’s extremely close to hiking trails, and there’s plenty of amenities, a short drive away

We love staying at Renae and Ron's house! They are truely super hosts. The pool is fabulous, the putting green hosts many family competitions and the barbeque area is perfect especially for sunsets. Indoors is very comfortable for 6. If you like to walk, hike, golf, swim or eat at different venues, you won't be disappointed!

The home was very clean. the kitchen had everything we needed to be able to save on eating out so we could cook at the house. The pool and backyard was a very relaxing oasis. Location is close to everything.

We were visiting my Son and his family and they live in the same neighborhood. Very quiet neighborhood and loved the pool on hot days. Will definitely stay again at Nicole’s on our next visit. 🌵

This was the second time we've stayed in this home and will always be our choice going forward. It's been the best airbnb we've stayed in. We enjoyed a family BBQ dinner one evening and was a nice place to stay and relax a bit. Highly recommend!

Great space. Pool was great and house was nice.

Beautiful spacious house. Clean. Master shower even. I'm a neat freak and shower looks new. I didnt see the guest bathroom but got no complaints from family so assume was just as clean. Open floor plan. Only issue was driveway space, super tight for 2 vehicles but can still fit. and if thats my only complaint, then the house is more than worth it!

For a quick 2 night stay with family, this place works very well. It is hard to find 3 bedrooms AND 3 baths. The home is decorated, clean and spacious. The kitchen is wonderful, and the neighborhood just that--a neighborhood that felt homey and quiet. Andrew was a pleasure to deal with from the first "chat with host" to the answers to our queries to checking in on us.
