If you are looking for a quiet, historical, peaceful experience in northern Spain, this is it. The stone house is modernized and comfortable with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The kitchen is excellent and it was wonderful to have an outdoor space to eat and lounge and enjoy the setting. We stayed five days and there are endless day trips to take to nearby towns, beaches, mountains, markets and restaurants. Diego was a fantastic host and Marta opened the house for us. Both responded immediately to any of our needs. We loved it.

We have been 12 people in the house, marriages with children and what I say would fall very short, the house is spectacular in every way, location, cleanliness, size, comfortable, we found it incredible and we will definitely repeat!! Rebeca is very friendly and helpful. It's well worth it.

Very nice and secluded small cottage, very quiet and private. We stayed just over a week - while small it has everything you need. Excellent base for the northern Picos and the coast, we did some great hikes! Would definitely recommend to nature lovers. Jose was very easy to reach and very accomodating with clear instructions and proactive attitude. In short, highly recommended!

The place, for a family with two children is fabulous. The views are incredible, and the urbanization is quiet and charming. From the terrace you can see the University of Comillas or Oyambre beach. You are next to the sequoias park and the A8 so you can move to other areas. The place is decorated simple, very comfortable and pleasant. Very well equipped. It's a place to repeat! In one word; tranquility. Very quiet area, if you like silence, this is your place,, nature, peace... The house had everything you need, even a few details. A lot of light, everything clean and tidy, the ideal garden. The balcony area is beautiful and the views nice. The arrival and very easy access, I would happily repeat the same stay again.

Our stay in Comillas was simply perfect, and much of it is due to Rikke. From the first moment, she was an attentive, friendly host and always willing to help us with any questions or recommendations. She greeted us with a warmth that made us feel at home from the very first minute. The place exceeded all our expectations: clean, cozy, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You can tell that Rikke takes care of every detail with care. In addition, the location is unbeatable to explore Comillas and enjoy its coastal charm, unique architecture and delicious gastronomy. What an amazing place! Stunning views of the mountains. Completly away from everything. A comfortable and very peaceful place in an extraordinariy beautiful setting.

A really comfortable apartment for a family of four like ours. The fantastic location, half an hour from almost every point of interest. Supermarket nearby although you have to go by car, in the neighborhood there is no grocery store. Lastly to say it was spotless on our arrival. We had a great stay at Fabián's apartment.

We really liked the place. We went with our baby and they also provided us with a cot. Everything was very clean and with new furniture. The heating worked great. As for the parking space, there is a parking lot behind the house. And finally, I'd like to mention that Carmen's husband received us and was very kind and flexible with the departure.

Rebeca is a very good host, very attentive at all times and the house is unclean, the stay could not be better, I recommend this accommodation 100%, very good experience

Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. Ap 9 is really private and has lovely outside space. Such a beautiful location with lots of lovely towns/walks nearby. Host is helpful and friendly.

A magnificent place beautifully restored. Lovely grounds with an outdoor kitchen area under cover and the pool an added bonus. The views were just fabulous. Elena responded quickly to every message. Hopefully we will return for longer next time .

Beautiful location at a small horse riding school on a mountain. You will not hear any traffic, only animal sounds (horses, dogs, chickens). Our cottage was attached to their own house, so it was a bit noisy, but we didn't mind. There was also a detached cabana that is even more beautiful. Thank you Andrea, it was very fun at your house!

We had a very relaxing and peaceful time at Bea's cabin. It is very tastefully renovated and you can tell the owners poured a lot of love into it. There are opportunities for lovely walks around the house without needing to take the car. Bea is also very responsive and gives great recommendations. Would love to come back one day!

I wish to do not share places like this and keep it private :) The view is stunning! An amazing place to relax from daily noise! Nick and Kate were helpful and their place is gorgeous! I wish to spend more time in place like this: birds, cows, clouds, barbecue, sauna, walks, rain, mountains, fog.

We stayed 6 nights in mid June to explore the area, do some walking, visit places and to drive some of the scenic routes of the area. The place is high up above the valley up a fairly narrow road and through 2 small villages before you get to San Roman. Our host provided pictures showing how to find the house which was useful. The location is very quiet and surrounded by trees, fields and views of the mountains. Our host also provided lots of useful information about walks and scenic drives in the area, the nearest beaches on the coast and local recommendations where to eat. The cats that live round about kept us amused. We had a great time.

Very much recommended! The apartment is very comfortable, clean and situated in a beautiful area. For those who look to escape to a rural coastal area, this is for you.

Nice and cosy apartment in the complex. Easy to find and very good communication with the Host. The only disadvantage was the lack of mobile network and the WIFI connection was very unstable. If this is not mandatory for your stay I can highly recommend staying there for a few days to chill and explore the surroundings :)
