I really enjoyed the place. The apartment is on the bay side, facing the sea. Very well located. Overall the place is quiet. The apartment has everything, you don't need to go out. Includes washer, dryer, water bottle with hot and cold water dispenser, has hot water, ironing board. It has for the toilet. It does not have Sanduchera, but if it has toaster, small oven, microwave, stove and gas oven. It does not have air conditioning, has fans, and the apartment has very good natural ventilation. It is located on the sixth floor, has garage and elevator. It is very well maintained and clean. The apartment is modern. It looks just like the photos and better seeing it. It's worth it. There are good restaurants close by. There is a book of recommendations that helps a lot with what needs to be done inside and outside the apartment. Great!!!

Sean and CocoBongo was great! He knew I was bringing my dog and Sean greeted him with a present upon our arrival. He shared many local recommendations and helped us with parking. Would def recommend the place if you need somewhere to stay in Bahia!

Everything works, Mr. Adam was very kind to me, the pertinent directions and was always very kind, we had a great time, it was very comfortable.

I stayed in this house for 1.5 months and quickly realized my mistake in not booking it for the full 5 months I plan to spend in Ecuador. It’s one of the best houses I’ve stayed in, and I’ve traveled to 20+ countries and lived with 100+ hosts. The house is enormous—three floors, four rooms, a dedicated kitchen and living room floor, and a large terrace with stunning views of the mountains and ocean. The house is located at the very top, so other guests can’t see you, you can’t hear them, and no one disturbs you. There’s also a constant ocean breeze here. Throughout my 1.5 months, I kept the windows open, and not once did I feel heat or stuffiness. The fresh ocean breeze does its job perfectly. The house has everything needed for a long stay, and I even befriended a local cat who spent the whole time with me, coming in the evenings to sleep in my bed. This house is perfect—a true paradise. I’m already planning to return next year for 5 months!
