Completely independent accommodation, both very simple and no fuss but also very good and functional! Good value for money and very easy to access (perfect flexibility because that's what I needed!). And to top it all off, Laurent is very proactive and always available to answer questions. I recommend 👍

Léa was responsive, attentive and accommodating with schedules. Clean and as described. Pods available, which is not negligible for coffee lovers, especially after a long road trip. Easy to access, no worries. Maybe provide a fan in case of hot weather but nothing serious. High-quality property.

Excellent stay! Everything is perfect in Frédéric's tastefully furnished home. We really enjoyed being in the city center, doing everything on foot. Finally, parking facilities near the accommodation: it's a real plus.

Spacious, comfortable, very well-equipped apartment and decorated with great taste. Close to shops, places of interest and restaurants. Paid parking next door or free parking about 5 minutes' walk away. Bus also very close. Very easy communication, Renaud is very nice and very accommodating on the arrival and departure modalities. Highly recommend.

Stayed here on a work trip with a colleague and it was exactly what we needed. Close proximity to the local town in beautiful surroundings, and the apartment was comfortable, well appointed and quiet. Sophie was a great host, made everything easy for us, quick to respond and very welcoming. Would love to stay here again!

Great stay in Bourges! The accommodation is well located, easy to park, very well equipped and clean. Ewen and Michele are welcoming and accessible hosts. Communication and access instructions are simple. I recommend this accommodation without hesitation! ☺️

Parking attached to the accommodation so convenient, the accommodation was very clean well equipped overall, the room reserved for the jacuzzi is really the big positive point of the accommodation, host available and punctual Area for improvement: The bedding, the mattress is not very pleasant (for us anyway) But it's an excellent value for the money in view of the Jacuzzi service, which is very rare in Nevers. I recommend 👌🏻

Booked as part of an EVJF weekend, we had a great time. The setting is relaxing and the hosts are very warm, accommodating and responsive. We had the opportunity to make our evening in the reception room. Room that we were able to organize as we wanted.
