The property is a 5-minute drive from Manguinhos and Tucuns beaches. It is also a 10-minute drive to Geribá Beach. For those who like to walk, the beach is 25 minutes on foot from Manguinhos beach.

The place is in the center of Arraial do Cabo. The place of access to the house is a dead end street, on the ascent of the hill, the place is not beautiful, but the neighborhood is quiet and old, so much so that we have been in this house for 25 years. There are stairs that provide access to the home as well . You can drop your bags off before or after the check in and check out time.
