Monthly Rentals in Sandakan District

The location is convenient, with several commercial areas nearby. It is very close to the airport, although it is slightly further from the town center. The property matches the description, and car parks are provided. There is a pay-per-use gym and pool next door. The only issue we encountered during our stay was the water pressure in the bathroom. It was not possible to use both showers concurrently. Overall, the property offers good value for the price paid. The host was friendly and very responsive. We were also given the convenience of extending our check-out time.

We chose this condo based on previous reviews…they weren’t wrong!! Francis is indeed a wonderful host, very friendly and accommodating all our needs! He went above and beyond to welcome us and to ensure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The apartment is in a secure and quiet location, but just 5 mins away from the hustle and bustle of town centre. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, with everything you need to feel at home! Grab taxi’s were easy to order to take us into town where there are numerous shops, restaurants and amenities. All in all, a perfect apartment to stay in prior to our trip to the jungle! :-)

The apartment was very spacious and clean. Located not in the city center but easy to get there with a cab. Mr Fik was kind and very helpful. Thank you.
