I cannot say enough good things about this Airbnb! It really was above and beyond what we hoped for. You immediately feel as if you are staying in a high-end, but also cozy place. There was so much space for everyone to comfortably hang out. From starting the day on the screened in porch with coffee and reading, to playing games at the big dining room table to laying by the pool and grilling out, we could not have asked for more! They have everything you could need and more, which is a lot coming from our family who likes to cook a lot and is active! Would absolutely stay here again. Don’t hesitate to book this place. If you’re considering it… You won’t regret it!

The house was super clean when we got there, the temperature of the house was great the entire stay. The pool was certainly clean, but since we went early, June the water was a little bit cold, but it felt really nice and refreshing honestly. There were three beach chairs and a wagon there that were helpful for traveling to the beach. There were available cups plate, utensils, and all the necessities that you would need, they even had shampoo and conditioner bottles there for us. We weren’t aware that there was a code to get into the house so instructions for check-in were a little bit unclear, but all I had to do is message and they responded. Overall, I would recommend staying here because even though the area surrounding isn’t the nicest, I felt safe the entire time at that house!

We had a wonderful stay at the Great Escape. The home was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The amenities were perfect and the beach is just a short walk with easy access. Staying here was the perfect way to spend a couple days relaxing with friends. We had an amazing time and all we could talk about was how amazing the place was. 10/10 would definitely stay again!

The property is spectacular. Everything about the accommodations was excellent. Not one complaint. Just praise. The host was very friendly and helpful. So were the neighbors!

Very quick confirmation for booking a same day stay, and very friendly and helpful. Great communication and the place was easy to find, with quick and easy access to the beach and boardwalk. The parking is a bit tight if you drive a large vehicle, but it is manageable just to give a heads up before you get there.

Tricia was responsive and very accommodating. It was a pleasure and a breeze to stay at her space. It was clean and stocked with all baby amenities like toys crib and highchair. It was close to the beach and to many attractions.

If you’re looking for a perfect weekend or weeklong getaway, this is the place! The hosts were warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. The home — inside and out — was spotless and beautifully maintained, and it’s just a quick 15-minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful beach visit! The bedrooms have brand new wood floors, wifi router upgraded and a soft and comfortable rug in the kids room. Great wave sounds from the screened in porch. Super quiet and tons of room.

Our family had a wonderful time and couldn’t have asked for a nicer property. NorthStar was beautifully furnished, clean as a whistle, very well-stocked and is run by a top-notch management company. Grace was proactive and extremely responsive. We will return next summer when the water is warmer. Thanks Grace and all at Oak Realty for a wonderful weekend of memories and allowing us such a nice home to call ours for Memorial Day Weekend 2025!

Hosts were very responsive and conscientious to special needs of their guests! And when there was a minor appliance issue they went out of their way, late at night to rectify and more than make up for it!! The house, contents and setting are just lovely!

Quinn offers top tier customer service. Clear, concise, consistent communication. Accommodating and pleasant. We arrived at night and the home was well lit and easy to identify. A true “short walk” to the beach. We traveled with our family of 6 and it was just what we needed. There is ample eating space to accommodate family dinner and any meal you wish to prepare; breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The beds are comfy. There’s a portion of the home that was perfect for our teens to hang, but could easily accommodate little ones as well. It allowed for the young people to have their own space and the adults to have our space. The yard is spacious and the firepit and grill are perfect! There were even delicious welcome snacks! Quinn is one of the most gracious host. Responsive and accommodating. We would book Quinn’s space again and again when in the area. Thank you Quinn for making our stay super special.

We were more than impressed with the place. It was so comfortable, so clean, so beautiful. Lots of places in the house to hangout outside. The walk to the beach is so short. The street that the house is on has a lot of places of entertainment, shopping, and food. Yun was always available if I needed anything and her instructions were clear and she was so kind. If I go back to Virginia Beach, I will definitely be looking for her place again.

This charming home was perfect for our long weekend stay in Sandbridge. We loved the thoughtfulness of amenities around the house (conveniently-placed outlets, kitchen/bedroom necessities, games, etc.), and we really enjoyed the private back patio space. It was a short, easy walk to a calm and quiet part of the beach, where we had plenty of room to set up a space for ourselves. We also enjoyed the Sandbridge Island Restaurant & Bar at the end of the road, a short (<5 min) drive away. I highly recommend this home, and would gladly return in the future!
