Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Guest house overlooking the fields.

Guesthouse of approx. 50 sq.m (538 sq. ft), a few kilometers outside Ystad. Here you live quietly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door, there is a private patio facing south. Car can be parked right outside the house. In the house there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180cm) and in the sleeping loft, which is reached by a step ladder, there are two single beds (90cm x 2). Cot is available to borrow. The bike path will take you all the way to Ystad (about 7 km to the city center), there are bikes to borrow.

At Stallgatan 12A, as central as it gets, you will find this beautiful timber-framed house with its own courtyard. Quiet and convenient location, just a stone's throw from the pedestrian street and everything Ystad has to offer. Entrance floor offers a living room, bathroom and kitchen. On the second floor, there is a nice living room, toilet and 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, bunk bed and small balcony. The other with a double bed and sofa bed in the adjoining room. Ystad train station is 200 meters away and the beach is about a 10-minute walk.

Welcome to an idyllic guesthouse dating back to you! Here you live peacefully among fields and greenery in the completely renovated stable which is a 1.5 level villa of about 150 sqm. The accommodation has a large landscaped garden, "Ola's garden", which is 100 years old. The garden is full of leafy trees, flowers and plants that make every season unique. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors.
