Nice and peaceful accommodation in a very central location. Only 2 minutes walk to train station and 4 minutes to Langgata in Sandnes. The living room has a sofa bed. The apartment is clean and tidy with new or nicely used furniture. There is plenty of space in the kitchen that has a built-in dishwasher, fridge and stove. The kitchen has equipment such as a coffee machine and kettle. In the bedroom there is an office space overlooking the street. There is plenty of space in the bedroom in drawers and cabinets for storage.

From the generous private balcony on the 5th floor, you can enjoy the lovely views of the city centre and the Gandsfjord. It is a 10 minute stroll along the promenade into the center of Sandnes with its associated shops, center and good selection in restaurants and cultural life. Alternatively 10m to nearest bus stop.

The Cowboy Cabin in Sandnes

Our very tiny Cowboy Cabin was built after repeated visits to the motel The Old West Inn, in Willits, CA (USA). The house was first planned as a playhouse, then it became more advanced and has served as a playhouse and guest house. Electricity and wifi are installed, cabin toilet and cabin sink (there is no shower). There is a fire pit, sundeck on the roof with sun from morning to evening, if the sun is shining. The cabin is tiny, but has many smart solutions for good well-being and coziness.

Topp utstyrt kjøkken, bad, super queen seng og utvalgt retro design preger leiligheten. Fra januar 2026 til juni vil det være anleggsarbeider i området på hverdager fra klokken 07.00 til 15.00. Tror du dette vil forstyrre, ber jeg om at du finner ett annet sted. Leiligheten er lydisolert og hittil har jeg bare gode anmeldelser fra gjester som elsker stedets ro.

There is a multitude of restaurants and shops within 3-5min walking distance, as well as the train & bus station with frequent departures to Stavanger (15min) or Kristiansand. The apartment is in the 7th floor and has an open planned kitchen and living room, one bedroom, bathroom and a small balcony with afternoon/evening sun. Cycle parking is available.
