This charming home is clean & centrally located; 1/2 mile to City Beach, 1 block to Evans Bros coffee & dining, 2 blocks to downtown Sandpoint, 3.5 miles to the base of Schweitzer. We provide 4 bikes (May-Oct). We provide 100% cotton bath & bed linens, beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, DVDs, books, games & crafts. The fenced & landscaped back yard has a private, covered porch, fire pit & propane bbq. We do allow dogs (must disclose), and we clean thoroughly between each guest.

The kitchen is equipped with dark cabinetry and modern appliances, including a stainless steel refrigerator, gas stove, and microwave. A white countertop complements the space, with a sink and various kitchen tools situated nearby. Ample lighting is provided by track fixtures overhead.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. We have a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with stocked kitchen and living room. We are 1 mile from the base of Schweitzer ski mountain and 5.5 miles away from the lake. Separate entrance (only shared walls are the hallway and kitchen) with parking space in front. Just north of Sandpoint in a small community of homes. Come enjoy the electric fireplace in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. Take a stroll around the neighborhood.
